I found this tiny ball of moss on the floor outside my front door. I think the birds had probably thrown it out of the guttering, so I brought it inside & gave it a new home. It has also given me some inspiration.

I had read on John Smith's Origami World Records page of how 2 people had battled back and forth folding smaller and smaller Kawasaki Roses. I had to make an attempt at a small rose myself, and managed this.

Tiny little Pigeon Dunks, aaaaaah yeah.

Here is the start of my dandy hedgehog for the tiny trifecta show. He is a mighty 3" x 5" thus far. More hand felting and hand sewing and then off he goes to New York!

The larvae leave a disgusting black sticky slime and will strip the leaves of their goodness...*whistles* dum -de-dum..."What are you photographing now love?"

These tiny feet -- so perfectly formed, so innocent of dust and mud !

A group of divers caught in a thick school of tiny fish in the Maldives

These little white gourds were 3 for $2, or 75¢ each at the farm we went to two weekends ago.

We were going to carve the pumpkins while we had visitors but plans shifted, so we did it tonight.

J__'s pumpkin fell prey to rot, so won't be carved, but put in the new Green Bin. I let him have my stripey one instead.

Scott carved two of these little wee pumpkins. The small flat ones are so flat a tea light won't fit in it, so we had to cut out the bottom for the tea light and the top so it wouldn't get snuffed out. The larger one has an airhole, which suffices.

Mine is the dots only one, achieved with sharp tools from the garage/workshop whose purpose I don't know. Surely not just pumpkin carving and me starting nails in drywall. :)
