This poster was done for the TV programme called 'Dexter'.
because the programme is about a him (Dexter) being a blood forensic scientist i thought i would base his face around blood splats.

I have had this one since new and it is time for it to get restored. It was this one I used during my most active bicycling years 1989 to 1996.
It has had an array of equipment during the years and after it was retired I used it as my "pub-bike" and for getting the groceries.
It has been idling in my collection for quite a while but now It is time for resurrection...
Took it apart and gave it a good rubbing and waxing. The frame is in wonderful shape considered what it has been thru. Just some very small paint chips and decal damage.
I was a student when I bought this and it cost me a lot. I ate only pasta with ketchup for ages to afford it.
Today I got a lot of nice bicycles but this one will always have my heart.

Went out shopping for more stuff for saturday. Got pictures printed, and realized we need more picture frames.
Went to work, then came home and painted my nails. I didn't get to play pokemon :c

This was taken on a little point and shoot I had a couple of years ago.
Croagh Patrick is a holy mountain in Westport Co. Mayo, every year hundreds of people walk up the mountain in barefoot pilgrimage, it's almost 800m. This was near the summit, it is misty up there alot of the time.
this corner shelf from pottery barn teen might be just what my awkward corner needs to be transformed into a landing strip.
This little boy was the prize for Camille's Anniversary campaign and now lives with Vi.
He might look innocent but there's mischief in his eyes, I can tell you. ;P
It was lots of fun working on him and finally have another blue Camille other than our very own redhead VI (Six, that spells "vi" in Roman numbers, what a coincidence, huh? ^^).

This was the second mall I visited on this trip. While the shopping experience here was obviously not as good as Jordan Creek, it was actually surprisingly good. In terms of shopping, this place definitely has a great selection of local stores. There was a neat record store near Bath and Body Works that had a pretty impressive selection. In terms of aesthetics, it’s definitely not great. Some parts feel like you’re walking through an airport rather than a mall. Some of the best “retro mall vibes” can be found by the food court if you ask me. However if you are familiar with the dead malls of Des Moines, there’s a much more impressive retro food court at the next mall.

This class is Bios 340 (Animal Behavior). It is an elective class for the Biology major.
This lab was a simulation on the evolution of honest signaling. When animals are involved in contests with a rival, the winner is usually the one who has a better overall physical condition or is more experience in such contests. This phenomenon is known as Resource Holding Potential.
To model this in the lab, students first competed against each other with bags of cotton swabs. They didn’t know how many cotton swabs the other rival had as they competed for a territory (shoebox) of varying qualities (A, B, C –with A being the best). The game was if a territory was challenged, the rival had to in sequential order place out a cotton swab on the table with the territory holder. Each had to assess how long they wanted to stay in the game based on what they had in their bags. If one felt that s/he was going to lose (run out of cotton swabs), then they would leave the table and the other individual would “win” the territory.
In the second version of this game, the students had bags of coins that they would shake at each other. This way the opponent could ‘size’ up the rival to see if it was worth it to “fight” for that territory.
Goals of this game:
1) To recognize the potential ultimate benefits of signaling competitive ability to prospective rivals in contests over resources.
2) To realize that strategies for winning become even more important as one can honestly “size up” an opponent. This is what happens in nature all the time.
In this game, students naturally adapt their own strategies for winning—especially when they use coins to signal “strength” for territories. For examples, some students will put keys in their bags to add “noise” while others will shake the bags slightly (to throw off rivals as to how much is actually in their bags). Some students do the waiting game and will swoop into a territory after a recent contest to try to deplete the resources of the current territory owner.
