This wasn't taken on World 127 Film Day; I took it a couple of days
earlier. However, it was shot in my Sawyer Mark IV 127 tlr camera, on
expired Maco 200 film. Maco film has a very thick base that does not
wind very tightly on the spool, leaving spaces for light to penetrate
from the flange area. As a result, I often get -- as here --
tomato-coloured light leaks.
I took two shots of this sunset at Little Harbour, one of the several
small harbours that make up Archies. The other one doesn't have a
light leak but the colours matched so well I like this one better.

The Inside, Part Two
Most of this stuff is from Paragon Machine Works, but the hourglass bosses I made on my manual lathe. All of this is for a highly customized 953 bike I'm building, and unfortunately nobody's making rack/fender bosses in stainless for the application I need. These were fairly quick to make, but still they add a bunch of work to a bike like this one. Still, they pale in comparison to the seatstay bridge on this bike. Stay tuned...

Had to shoot some food in a busy kitchen tonight...the perk was that I was able to taste all of it...and boy was it amazing!!
We taped up a piece of white paper in front of the line. Stuck a small softbox on a stand and shot directly from above with a 580EX at like 1/4 power. Fired with PWs. Quick and simple.
