Here's our kitchenette. Small but effective. The range, or hob as it's known here, is that flat glass thing in front. There's a glass cutting board, toaster, and kettle. A dishwasher is hidden in the cabinets below the cutting board. The magnetic locking mechanism on the cabinet closest to us is broken and that door swings open on its own now. We discovered a leak under the sink about a week of our stay. Overall the place was about 3 stars, and I think our room had more than its fair share of problems.

You think when you go to a zoo, it will be a breeze to shoot animals since they are in such close quarters. Not so! I believe the zoo has caused me the most trouble and has been my biggest challenge. It is almost impossible to get decent shots behind dirty, scratched plexiglass or try to focus past a fence. And that is assuming there are actually animals present to shoot. I am NOT happy with any of the shots I took today from the B'ham Zoo but I am posting them because I can.

I think by now that your eyes no longer take the direction of these lines. But, my heart refuses to move in another direction, and this is why, I extend the hand still on caste sheet. Are these letters, the kisses that can't I give for now. The time made us hostages of ourselves, but although the latency set, my port will always be these thy sight.
