I Heart New York

sooc :)

I love how the lights sparkle when you're that high in the air. This was taken from the top of the Empire State Building, and it's definitely different from my usual photography!

Another one of those classic New York shots...

The iconic Empire State Building offers a view of the New York City metropolis that one will never forget. The chaos of Manhattan can be escaped for a brief moment and admired from 80 floors above. Undoubtedly the most amazing city experience I have ever had and I cannot wait to get back.

this is something I wouldn't normally upload but I love this photograph. I know it has nothing to do with my fashion work or my recent uploads but I had to share.

This is from last year. I can't wait to go to NY again.

A bleary New York City night

I took several photos of the statue of liberty. This is the third one that I uploaded. No special editing here, just minor fixes to straighten the photo and slight adjustments in Lightroom. You can see my other Statue of Liberty photos in my NYC '08 set.

Sometimes in life you experience an event for the first time that books, photos, television and video do not do justice. Landing at New York City's LaGuardia Airport from the west is one of those.

I fully expected the view to be as spectacular and chose a seat that allowed me the best chance to experience it.

This capture was taken while recording, thus its quality is not as ideal as I'd like, but still evokes the awe of this magnificent city.
