You dont alway see a SOQ set running towards Brisbane but on a Sunday but on this day the SOQ set had been running a series of test north of Caboolture and is seen here heading back to Mayne.
this is one of my first tests at a real holga pano. my arms totally fell asleep while shooting this- even though i was using a mini tripod and shutter release cable mod. LOL. four shots at about 1.5 minutes per exposure.
i might post another pano test or two... if there is any interest.

I built a car for my Crash Test Dummy; heavily inspired [color-wise, anyway] by one from the Test Track queue. This was another quick build [an all-nighter] between larger projects.

Contact print made from a negative produced in an Ensign box camera. Printed on Foma warm tone paper. I was trying to use the old Kodak contact printer I have, but even with a 7.5 watt bulb, 2 second exposures are slightly too much.
I bought another new camera (The G.A.S. is bad at the moment), anyway I digress - Needless to say I thought I'd test how easy/quickly I could go from taking the image to editing on a phone and then uploading to Flickr. Total time was about five minutes and tbh even though the image is nothing amazing it was more a test of the process. Needless to say it worked and maybe something I'll use more often - or not.
This was just a test shot to see if my improvised light box had any hope of being successful. But I like how the shot turned out.
This little "Sudoku Rubik's Cube" is just a bit over 1" along a side.

First one of 2012 testing the waters a bit with this one, this spot has been going since the 80's but is that temperamental it's untrue. After finding out the Copperworks is going its time to visit an old friend. Always love this spot trackside high smooth walls. Wanted to paint something a bit more special today but still had a good one.

A test run comprised mostly of not yet in service CRRC bilevels departs Montreal West on its way downtown. Threatening clouds are nearby and it will pour about twenty minutes later. It is rumored that these cars will enter service within a month or two.
Sinds zaterdag in het bezit van de D750! Helemaal blij met deze aanschaf! Wat een topding! :-) Had helaas heel weinig tijd dit weekend om te gaan experimenteren. Wel in de snelle test die ik gedaan heb deze foto kunnen maken. Deze week maar eens goed in de handleiding duiken om het uiterste eruit te kunnen halen. :-)
