I could see them from a long distance so I had to climb over dead trees and trunks to get to see what this was and I found that this was the destroying angel, very poisonous mushroom.

The upper reaches of Gunnerside Gill in the Yorkshire Dales has remnants of its mining past. This little waterfall lies on one of the old dams created for the lead mining in the valley floor. I was struck by the colours and patterns in the water even though there had been little rain in the area at the time.

This bird is tempting fate by resting on a grill at a park. Luck for him I was only shooting photos!
This is also my practice panoramic shot. I stitched together 18 shots (cropped down to the equivalent of about 10). I used PTGUI. I'm using the Brenizer technique of trying to get shallow DOF.

Not a real recent shot but because there's been so much snow or horrific sub zero temps, I've not been tempted to be out much this winter taking shots. Caught some morning light here as the sun came up and just glad to see some light! Hopefully, winter will be gone soon!!
Who knew that such a handsome wild bird could be tempted by a handful of bird seed?
I took far too many shots of these on my recent flying visit to the northeast, but I've whittled it down to half a dozen, hope you like 'em :-)
So not good for the diet lol. M & M toffee apples in a little shop in Niagara on the Lake Niagara Ontario Canada. Delicious :).
Remember those burgers and fries at drive in theatres .. No says Miss Amber , she won't be tempted .. she watching her figure . Burgers at 25 cents , that is tempting .
