Something a bit different. The lighting on the boat and the trees is from a "street" lamp (obscured by the foliage). It looks HDR'd but actually, no. It looks unnatural but I think it works somehow.

The Fuente del Ángel Caído (Fountain of the Fallen Angel or Monument of the Fallen Angel) is a fountain located in the Buen Retiro Park in Madrid, Spain. The statue that crowns the monument is the masterpiece of Ricardo Bellver who realized it in plaster in 1877, inspired by verses from Paradise Lost of John Milton (Canto I). The state acquired the work and presented it to the 1878 Exposition Universelle. Since only works in marble and bronze were accepted, the statue was cast in bronze at this occasion and the plaster original destroyed.

Hello there! I hope all is well my friends! I am here featuring Chez Moi Furniture with this new Comfy living room set new to the Shiny Shabby event! I'm tempted to stop using titles. The title is, after all, only a hint as to how I'd like the viewer to see the picture. That's not playing fair. In truth I have no idea what's happening here. I asked several friends to tell me their story, and not one matched mine. Each was equally "true."
This week has been colder and the instinct to stay inside a warm cafe with a warm cup pf tea is inevitable. The taste was strawberry, reminding me of Summer ....

The recent stormy weather here on Exmoor was so tempting that I didn't even cycle this time. A mad dash - it looked changeable but worth chancing it for. Heavy rain and mist soon followed after this shot - but not so bad when you can shelter between them in the truck :) (f/13, 40 mm, 1/20th sec at ISO 100).
This one popped up together with leaves and grass, wonderful color 💞 It's even edible, but you need quite a few to get a mouthful 😊
