Very good, but not perfect. The salmon was combined with a ridiculous number of capers and was therefore unnecessarily salty; but unctuous and good. The lemon zest and creamy lemon sauce were very good accents.
Not shown: A toasted, buttered slice of Hey Brother Bakery sourdough with ramekins of soft butter and housemade kumquat preserves on the side. Excellent!
