Tartare de boeuf « Holsteiner », artichaut, fromage blanc et radis (Claus Preisinger 2013, Heideboden, Burgenland, Autriche)
We started with the bone marrow, terrine foie gras and escargot. Then hubs had the quail, BFF had steak, I had this. Mmmmm! I'm still in a food coma!

Toro tartare with caviar, in a box with fresh wasabi, sour cream, nori paste, scallions, avocado paste, tiny rice crackers, and dashi-soy dipping sauce. I loved the condiments, especially the nori paste combined with wasabi.

Raw scallops. Very strong taste, will not appeal to everyone. Personally, I liked it a lot and had no trouble digesting it !
