Lunch @ "Lobster X Chicken", a new eatery in town in Shanghai.
"Served with tomato basil soup with rice cake, Malay noodles, pub chips".
Really, one is here for one thing only - the 98RMB sweet and supple lobster!! The sides were all rather forgettable items - "Mee Goreng" instant noodles, canned tomato soup and potato fries snacks just wouldn't cut it elsewhere. For 98RMB a Maine lobster (claimed), the pitiful sides were well forgiven!
The foreground foam is a photo of the tuna dish (pincho). Tuna tartare with coconut milk and lime. It was good, but nothing I haven't had before.

cette charmante boule n'est pas comme la forme le laisserait croire de la crème glacée, mais bien du tartare de saumon amoureusement préparé par dominic pour la veille du jour de l'an en amoureux. merci!
