De mis incursiones por tierras y restaurantes Franceses...me habia prometido no comer este plato.La traduccion parecia clara... Steak Tartare ( filete tartaro)...para los entendidos ..mis respetos , para los incultos de la cocina francesa ( como yo ) ..es carne picada cruda !!.. lo siento , me quedo con mi vacio !!!!o unas tiritas de asado !!!!

Steak tartare with celeriac ice cream and anchovy vinaigrette

 

Not quite as good as the previous dishes, but I liked the combination of the celeriac ice cream with the tartare.

Basically steak tartare, semi frozen, with a sesame/soy dressing, and cucumber and asian pear. I loved it.
