Another small flyer while I get geared up for something complicated, this one measures 5 1/2 inches diameter. I love this color orange~it reminds me of yummy candy.

Yay! Package goodness from KAYTAYQT. She gave us a wonderful snowman suncatcher for Christmas. Now, we just need to make sure the kitties don't think it is a toy ;)

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Now that its done I wish I would have used more brighter colors throughout.

I put this together today, first one ever. Now I can see where I'd like to make some changes.

Don't know about this one either-maybe I should have used different colored eyes.

The original idea was to have an owl hugging up to its owlet...at the end the owlet looks more like a sparrow....strange friends indeed.

ODC-Door

The barn door faces east and this morning I caught the sun and the garden reflections in the window. I also like the lacey look of the grape leaves on the door.

Tried my hardest to get the sun behind the suncatcher, even to the extent of lying on the ground, but didn't quite get the clouds in the right place. Anyway ended up quite liking this because of the cloud behind the sun.

Its almost time for the hummers to come back!

Constantine - we walked the length of the beach and back, all the time watching the mesmerising hula-hoop dancing in front of the setting sun. Delightful.

I just loved the first one so much that I had to do another--and I've got another cut up and waiting to get done in the next few days.

This kitty measures 4 3/4 inches tall by 5 inches wide (12cm by 12.5cm). These eyes are very pale green glass globs with handpainted pupils.

like i don't have enough cats in my life.

Hehe--I sat down the other night and counted all the kitties that I've done so far....

This one is number 77!

Dragonfly detail--light green glass glob used for the head, light green wispy glass for the body and iridescent textured glass for the wings.

The sky background is a pale blue textured swirly glass-Baroque

I've used a ruby red glass glob for the head, ruby red Waterglass for the body and tail and textured ruby red glass for the wings. The background is a really cool clear textured glass called Rainwater.

grape wine in the early morning light - I could not resist.

Believe it or not, I haven't tried this beer yet. I wanted to catch the light at sunset as the last rays were hitting the deck...grabbed the bottle from the fridge and took a couple of quick shots. Then put it right back. Really.

This is one of my many bearded irises. I like it's light catching standards and contrasting velvet-like falls.
