Pasta stuffed with prosciutto and cheese served with leeks and a home made pesto sauce, cheese on top and grilled for a few minutes. I am now truly stuffed.

I stuffed green peppers with:
frozen chopped spinach
fat-free ricotta
small chopped onion
several cloves of garlic
pint of diced, seeded tomatoes
They were pretty tasty. (And low-fat/points).
Stuff in the Garage.
We lost power for about 2 hours due to a heavy monsoon storm. So I started to find stuff in the garage to take pictures of to pass the time. You can tell I got bored.
