1 medium pork tenderloin, fat and silver skin trimmed, butterflied, and pounded (roughly 14 - 16 inches square after pounding)
5-6 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 small shallot, chopped
3 cups raw spinach, chopped
5-6 medium mushrooms, chopped small
6 sundried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
3 Tbsp grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup, or less, seasoned breadcrumbs
Juice of 1/2 lemon
string and toothpicks for tying

This Great Horned Owl would not move off his pole no matter what kind of fool I was making of myself to try and get him to do so. Sweet little guy though
I happened upon this bullfrog with a polliwog too large to make a quick meal of it. Never did see the adult tadpole tail disappear. After an hour the frog moved on to other parts.

The cat sat there not moving for so long that I thought maybe Bob had already performed his handiwork on it. It eventually had enough of me and disappeared through the hole in the porch.
At the 9th st. rookery in Santa Rosa, Ca. you spend so much time watching the activities in the trees and sky sometimes you fail to look down and see what's going on on the ground. This Snowy Egret was 'strutting his stuff' while walking across the road in search of that special twig or branch for nesting material!
