Spent the past few days on the province of Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada, Weather did not lend itself to the taking of many pictures.
PEI is know for 3 things, Potatoes, Anne of Green Gables and its Rich Red Soil. Nothing stays white when it comes in contact with the soil.

The pendant measures 2 3/4" across.
I decoupaged it with a detail from a painting by Ruggero Panelai, Danzatrice con combolo.I then buffed part of the image away to reveal a sliver of the gorgeous copper underneath.
The image is sealed with water resistant resin for durable wear.
The lobster clasp is easy to use and can be put on any of the links in the copper chain, making it fully adjustable.
You can wear it as a choker, at its full 20" length, or anywhere in between.
A tiny star and the Wabisabi Brooklyn logo dangle delicately from the end of the chain.

Sustained Investigation: What is your sustained investigation statement? This should be the same for all photos.
My sustained Investigation follows the question, “What traits make someone stand out in a crowd?”
Materials: What materials were used?
In order to capture this shot I used my camera, Lightroom, Subjects around me (people) and Photoshop to make one person stand out.
Idea: Share the concept or story behind this photo. How did you interpret the Sustained Investigation visually?
This photo has three people holding flowers in a crowd of people who arent holding flowers. The weirdness of the heart shaped owl figure also made this photo different from others.
Process: What process was used? How did you take this photo? How do the materials relate to the idea? Get specific. Consider the why. Why did you make these editing choices? Why did you crop the photo this way?
To take this photo, I found a suitable location, ensured the angle would be okay, and then took the picture. I later brought the photo into Lightroom, where I made minor adjustments before I got it into Photoshop, where I made one specific person stand out by brightening an area around them.

Senior Exhibition 2007 Statement of Intent:
" The places in my photographs are places of inspiration, and energize me as a person. They nurture my desire to research and explore both the historic and simplistic means of creating an image.
Locations such as these are not ones, which can be accurately absorbed in a single moment. Several trips are taken and with each visit something new is discovered. A single image of each place does not describe enough of the significance that each location holds for me. Tribute to these places calls for a multitude of pictures representing the timeline of frequent visits. Each visit is a piece in a mosaic, when compiled together revleals the depth of importance for each location.
These photographs are a montage, using several pictures to produce the larger image. Adhering to my style of photography that rejects the need for "perfect" photographs, the images are taken with disposable cameras and developed at a local department store. Using several sheets of plexiglass the various photographs are broken up in space. My intent is to engage the viewer in the image and the space. By doing this the viewer experiences the places multi-dimensionally as I did. The use of the layered glass reflects my influence of the Cubists, to illustrate ideas over time. The offset of the photographs, making up the larger image, is drawn from the influence of David Hockney. "
