Pieces of the fish were wrapped with cucumber, lettace, and pineapple in a rice paper wrap to make a delicious spring roll!

The filling is made out of sauteed carrots, cabbage, shrimps, Baguio beans and mashed tofu, and added with chili bean paste, chopped garlic, leeks, ground peanuts, sugar, fried glass noodles and fresh lettuce, parsley or cilantro.
