From the menu: "Fresh spring rolls are an excellent and very nutritious appetizer. Minced chicken and shrimp rolled into rice paper with an arae of fresh vegetables and steamed flat rice noodles. These are served (3) three to an order with the choice of a sweet chili or a sweet peanut sauce. Excellent with tofu in substitution for the meat."
We did not get 2 sauces for this, we got one sweet chili sauce with crushed peanuts in it.
One way to make a Singaporean girl feel ripped off is to serve her spring rolls as skinny as her pinky finger. Not happy Red Spoon! At least Rory loved them

This dessert is full of surprises!
Take out goodies in your cabinet or cupboard and sprinkle it on the bananas.....
Lay spring roll wrappers out- peel and slice bananas in half and then lengthwise.
I sprinkled brown sugar on the wrapper, placed the banana on top and sprinkled with sesame, peanuts, almonds, coconut, candy sprinkles...etc. Fold and then fry in canola oil and drain.
Garnish with powdered sugar and carob ganache...
I took a 1/2 cup of carob chips, melted them in a double boiler and added 1 tsp peppermint extract.
Serve warm!

I'm not sure what it was. But I think it were tofusheets filled with pork and bamboo. I didn't like it too much. The smell/taste of the bamboo was not nice and fresh, but stinky, like bamboo can stink of urine. Sorry, but that's what I think of bamboo. :)
