Sometimes you just have to remind to yourself that it'll all be oki. Maybe not now..maybe not tommorow but one day. Remind yourself that things have changed for a reason...people change for a reason. You just have to let go and move on. It's going to be hard and you're gonna feel lonely but just hold on. Cause who's to say that tommorow won't be the best day of your life?

Sometimes you walk past a place many times without noticing things around you, this is one of those places walking with my head held down I noticed it for the first time.

I can not decide whether or not to use the watermark. On the one hand I want to protect my photos, on the other hand, I am not really comfortable with it. I think that many of us suffer with this internal struggle.

Hooray, the campsite we go on - Churchtown Farm is opening for the summer and we pitch our van high at the back of the field with a view out to Godrevy - ok its not this view exactly but we can walk to this in just a few minutes....
As you can see the tide is in and water just starting to leave splashes close to my feet on the bone dry rocks.
Taken on tripod as I took some LE shots here but this is so typical and the view that brings back a million memories...........
Sometimes I crave something clever, something conceptual,
and sometimes simple beauty is more than enough...
The rose is called "Lovers' Meeting", another recent addition to our garden.

Sometimes in photography, an ugly day can turn out to be the most amazing one. One to remember. Sometimes, the ugly, ordinary or mundane can turn out to be extraordinary and beautiful beyond words, looking at it through the camera. And so is in life, when one sees beyond appearances, through the camera of the soul. Sometimes...
Sometimes the birds are too close for the lens you are using as was the case with this Rough-legged Hawk (Buteo lagopus) observed in the Beaverhill Lake area east of Tofield, Alberta, Canada.
Creativity makes up for what could be a discarded image so I hope you enjoy it. It is somewhat soft in the resolution but the overall detail in the bird makes up for this minor flaw.

Sometimes stitching software comes up with errors that are so good you want to leave them in.. well I like it anyway
We feel in total communion with Nature, walking in this forest made of a labyrinth of more or less high rocks, various trees and boxwood. It is even difficult to find our way back in this maze of paths more or less narrow.
Claustrophobic, the fact of going in circles without being able to find the exit, triggered a feeling of panic and suffocation. Fortunately, not being alone, I trusted my guide who was able to spot one of the points where we were already went and have normally continued our path.
This forest is in the Municipality of Nébias, in Aude.
I paid a long overdue visit back to Winter Moon... probably one of my very favorite sims on Second LIfe. There is not a turn in the path that does not provide a place to snap a beautiful picture. Romantic, inviting, haunting, beautiful, gothic in nature in some spots, hidden dance coves .... yeah.... its been to long!!!
Live! Even if not every day is good.
Love. Even if not everyone loves you.
Be honest. Even if not everyone always is.
Remember just always be true to yourself.
Sometimes it's best to speak, other times it's better to not.
The key, it seems, is knowing which is when.
Sometimes birds drop down right next toys when we are holding a camera. Such was the case with this catbird. I even forget what I was looking at when he appeared.
The Catbird nests across most of the US and southern Canada, and can be heard giving its cat-like whine or whimper as well as its imitations of other birds' sounds.
They are birds which I look forward to having back in the yard because of their cheerful appearance as well as their pseudo-enraged sound.
