Or is it an RS model? I'm not too sure what they did back then. Anyway, an absolute star of the show for me, looked fantastic, I would think a fresh restoration by Thornfalcon themselves. It seems the car has been unlicenced since 1995, so I would think they have taken possession at somepoint and obviously, being freshly restored, it hasn't been taxed as of yet.

On today's sanctioned local bike ride a tripartite sign in Weeton - I think the 'Stainburn' plate may have been re-attached strapped to the pole at somepoint perhaps having lost its bracket?

Back in 2011, I made the images in comments. Somehow at somepoint someone Tumblr'ed it and it snowballed (not quite viral). As of this morning, this image has 19,797 notes against it (like a re-tweet I think).

This year I bought a lot more pansies both to plant and to photograph- experimenting with different colours. As ever, I feel nature gets it right- the pure colours (not mixing up more than one flower) works best for me.

Yeah, photographing black mocs with bad lighting sucks. I'm going to reshoot at somepoint, in the meantime deal.

This bus has been there all day so whatever it was doing parked up at a bus stop which they might need to use somepoint in the day. Looks really nice this Centrebus livery as it suits the Enviro 200's really well.

A small room in the corner of West Park Asylum, Epsom. Locked sometime when the hospital was still in use the room missed the big clearance when it closed. Maybe they lost the key, or maybe it was just forgotton, who knows!

At somepoint someones curiosity got the better of them and the door was kicked in revealing the treasure within!

The room is full of patients clothing and posessions, coats on racks, shoes on the floor, suitcases, a picture and a 1960s thermos flask on the shelf . Truely fogotton and as mint as the day the door was closed for the last time.

Looking at the nameplate I think this is 33027 leaving Victoria at somepoint in the late 1980's.

New as D6545 the loco was withdrawn in 1991.

Now for the last part of the trip chronicle, and that was a bit of a spooky part.

So we are returning from the store, each girl with something on hand from the things we bought at the store, at somepoint I stop to ask for another picture (how vain I am).

Then almost closing to arriving we stopped at the corner, to let some car pass by, but then the car stopped and the driver let us cross the street.

There I go to croos the street in front of the car (the other girls also crossed) and once we were on the other side of the streeet the driver said "Hey pretty girls, were is the party?"

How could I not foreseen it, he just stop the car to get a better watch, not to let us cross.

We kind of ignore it, but he talked once more, asking "Can I give you a ride??"Me an one of the girls, said "Godd Night, Thanks but no"

I didn't saw the man's face, but I bet he was in big surprise, for our voices were too boyish.

He then just responded, with "Well, bye, enjoy your rest of the night", I did answered "You too" while he was starting to drive away.

You might said "thats not spooky", but to me in a way it was. A stranger talking to us at late night. That put me into thinking, and I was happy that I was outside with other people, in a way I think the number gave us some safety. Plus we were just a few meters away from the makeup place.

So we were at the door before the car even reached the corner. Back inside, and enjoy a few more time ther being all girly.

Suddenly without notice it was already too late, and it was time to change back to boy mode. I didn't want to, I was feeling so great, and I liked how I looked.

But there was no other option, still had to try to get a bit of sleeping before riding to the airport to catch my plane to parents home.

And thats it, the end of the chronicle of this trip to Mexico City.

Bye for now

A show condition Kadet found in a car park in Cochem. This model was clearly enthustast owned as I had to hurry him because he was taking photos of his car and I was after the neighbouring space in this very busy car park.

The inside was immaculate, and featuring a sheet of paper on the dash, showing a picture and explaining all about the car (in German of course), the car wasn't for sale. This show car was owned by a man in his late 30's/early 40's? This car has remained local to the small rural village it was found in, signified by the COC showing Cochem. Going by the modern numberplate, I'm assuming this car has changed owners at somepoint post 2000. Another downside was the scratch by the petrol cap, but I'm sure he'll tend to that.

Anyone know the year?

With the hectic no-stop agenda of so many people in these times, at somepoint we all need to just take a step out of normality and take a few moments to...............

THis was taken in service on service 19 to Glasgow cross few months before withdrawl and entered preservation, was stripped for all useful parts, virtually nothing left when scrapped in September 2009, parts off this has kept G545RDS on the road also still awaiting more to be fitted, also the engine from AH87 will go into AH101 at somepoint

I am so excited about the cake pop stands I made today I had to post a picture of one. My daughter has a GS function on Monday and I am making cake pops. I looked on-line for cake pop stands and didn't really find anything I liked. The only halfway decent one was way too much money.

So, I made a trip to the craft store and made my own. I had a 50% off coupon so for 10 bucks I got 3, 12 inch square blocks of styrofoam. The other supplies I had.

I covered each block top, bottom and sides with 1/4 inch foam board to try to make it a bit sturdier. I used one foam board per stand and had picked those up for $1. each at the dollar store awhile back( I knew they would come in handy for something at somepoint!,) And my husband wonders why I always come home with things "I don't need", LOL.

Anyway, I glued the foam board pieces on with my hot glue gun. The top piece was covered with white fanci foil first. I then glued that piece on with just a dot of glue in each corner. I figure that will make it easier to slip my exacto under each corner to remove it if I need to replace the fanci foil at some point. I used a wide white ribbon all the way around the stand and it can easily be removed if I want to change out the color for something different. I figure I can tailor the stand to whatever function my kids are having by either putting a pretty ribbon around it or printing on cardstock on the computer like I did for this one. I adhered the Congratulations on the front with double sided tape so it can easily be taken off and replaced with another one. The tag to indicate what flavor the pops are was just glued to a bamboo skewer. I did one for the chocolate pops and one for the vanilla pops. I am really excited to have this to spruce up for things at my kids school and parties etc. Will post a picture with all the pops when they are done.

Ok, so as told I went to Merida to the dance place. Well that was the activity Saturday.

So Sunday I went out into the city, I would have love to go in girl mode, but first, that was like too much too scared to even try after the emotions of last night, second no clothes to do that and definitively no proper shoes. Plus the hotel would be only available until somepoint of the day. Did I mention too scared to go out again, and in the day. Plus the weather here around, 30 minutes walking and I would be sweating all over, loosing make-up and end up looking like a something I can't name.

So did the Sunday touristic walking in boy clothes, in a way that was good, since I discovered that early sunday morning they have a bicycling activitie, so rented a bike and travel around Downtown and Paseo Montejo on a bike.

Merida is a really nice citiy to go over on the weekend, downtown is full of nice restaurants, bars, coffee places, ad other amenities. Lots of people walking around, lots of things to see.

Also has a very specific style in architecture that I find fascinating.

Anyway, up to describing the pictures.

Top Left, is the image of the Flag and Nation Monument its quite pretty even for nonpatriotic nonmexican reasons. The sculpture is nice.

Top Right is the inside garden of some building in Merida. I forgot which, but it was pretty, and really calm, nice to go there and read or think.

Middle Left, is one of the many big houses over Paseo Montejo, that is the main street in the vity, and in old times, was the street were the houses of all the rich people were, there are some really impressive houses, with lots of details to see and admire. Unfortunately, like 75% are now banks, company offices and such.

Middle Right, is some church, Merida downtown has lots of churches, well like almost any city in Mexico, but most of them has this clean style, with straight single lines, so opposed to the architecture of the houses around, I find that interesting.

Bottom Left, is part of the main park and plaza and a view of the goverment building. Looks pretty.

Bottom Right, is a view of a building also downtown Merida, with lots of decorations and details. Next to it is the city Chatedral.

Its a really pretty city, and from here one can go to several nice places, maybe some other day I share them. Like more mayan sites, cenotes, beach, old haciendas.

Anyway

Bye for now

Silly Jessica

Despite the Aberdeen registration and Aberdeen programmed destination display, this is a Stagecoach Perth Panther that was new to Stagecoach Inverness.

It had presumably substituted a Bluebird Panther at somepoint and was working the 0725 8 to Badentoy Park Industrial Estate in Portlethen that often uses the Panther that works the 1035 M9 to Glasgow.

Image of the brand new Karcher car wash installed in Pickering (my Local car wash) I will take a better image of it at somepoint.

There are still a few old style bus stops beyond Craigiebuckler terminus in existence which as far as I am aware are not served by buses anymore as I think the 52 service uses Springfield Road. The bus stops appear to have been marked for a service 29 at somepoint.

There used to be a Hiton to Garthdee service numbered 29 but I thought it predated this style of bus stop.

Not feeling too creative today... it shows.

And I knew that I had to do the obligatory "Twon is awesome" shot at somepoint, so I decided to pull it out today.

Especially since he was the especially awesome dude who sponsored my newfound ability to have more than 200 photos up at once. Huzzah!

Morning all! Hope you're all well and had a good weekend?!

Had a super chill day yesterday, got up quite late again, I think i've caught up on sleep from last week now, got a good 12hrs in last night! :)

After lunch I went into town, saw loads of people in running gear and reflective jackets, a quick google revealed that there was a big sporting event on, a 10km run and also Manchester City Games... Some pretty big names too!

www.greatcitygames.org/

I watched some of the sprinting in Deansgate for a while but I was quite far away, no shots to be had, was still good to be watching though, awesome atmosphere!

I then went along to Albert Square where I caught the Women's high jump, managed to get some shots of this though, got a nice vantage point on a monument.

Seen this done before and thought it looks pretty cool, in hindsight I should have used less photos to make it a bit smoother... might have another stab at it at somepoint!

Handheld 8 shots and merged them together, I wasn't THAT steady though so took a little manipulating, hence the magical pole and bar! ha

After dinner and some homemade rice pudding, a few of us headed to the cinema, we saw The Dictator, I doubt it will appeal to everybody, an acquired taste I think, but I found it HILARIOUS!

Have a great day all!

Hit 'L' you can see a bit more detail

Another fun Stud.io render. At somepoint, I'd love to do a consist of second-hand Mexican cars. Of course that is just one of the many things on the list that probably won't be built. Nevertheless, we have Nacionales de Mexico 10-6 Sleeper 347 España. The car was originally New York Central 10149 "Gila River" (P-S 1948).

now i knew i wasn't going to make an interior for this so decided to only laminate it. wheels will be applied with a base at somepoint

I think I might redo this one at somepoint. I think that the scrappy background was just too much. It worked in the all light text prints but not in my choices. You win some, you lose some

Snow reveals all... at somepoint some animal chose this route over the sidewalk

Nee ditched me today . . . i dunno if id call it ditching but he said he was gunna be late and i took it as ditching so i told him if i didnt hear from him id just go to the gym. He texted me later asking if i wanted to hang out at night and i told him i already made plans which wasnt particularly true, but shit like that just makes me feel like complete garbage. if im not a priority in your life what the fuck am i? and if your gunna dick out at least tell me why. im beginning to feel more and more like a booty call without actually having sex or anything. i just feel like he keeps me around in case i decide to maybe at somepoint possibly sleep with him and . . . thats a concept thats hard for me to swallow. i have a hard time understanding why someone wouldnt just automatically gravitate to my awsomeness. i need to hang out with someone worthy of me. im getting sick of playing second fiddle to whatever else is going on in his life that he keeps seperate and secret from me.

ANYWAY , . . . i spent most of the day alone at the bookstore then shopping for a bra. i heard michael jackson was dead at one of the places i was shopping then Nee texted me to confirm. He actually was texting me ALL day . . . which was confusing cause i thought he had plans. whatever. My BFF is coming to town tomorrow and my whole fuckin weekend is booked up with work and shit . . . i hope i get to see her. I saw Gabs and shes hanging out with a new dude and i want to be happy for her but i just feel so depressed. My good friend fromt the other day wrote a poem about our outting and im about to go read it . . . maybe that will make me feel better. i need something solid to lean on right now.

Photos taken during my time as a Peace Corps Volunteer based on the island of Santo in Vanuatu.

We had a fabulous party last night. Somewhat appropriate to our time here, there was anticipation, there was anxiety, then abivalence, then joy.

Lots of good people, lots of good food. Lots and lots of wine. It's an ouch with a smile.

Doobie and I are enjoying our coffee out in the sun. I'm trying hard not to consume the entirity of Black Hole in one sitting, but it's not looking good. There's a podcast in production that I must track down at somepoint that involves lots of singing. Oh and did I mention the Dark and Stormies? Nadja.robot rules.

This shot is means to capture some of the nostalgia we're feeling today, but that's a little tough. It's a sunny backyard. What's to dislike?

The fire gutted the former Strain Hall at 18 Park Terrace on the 13 June 2006, spreading through into nos 19-21. The former townhouses were being converted into flats at the time after having been sold by the University of Glasgow who had previously owned Nos 15-21.

For some reason, many references to this shell of a once fine Charles Wilson-designed residence state this is No 17 - that's the mirroring building on the other side of Park Gate which was the original Maclay Hall, gifted to the University in 1921. No 18, Strain Hall, was donated in 1936; No 16 was acquired at somepoint between 1927 and 1943; No 19, Fergusson Hall was donated along with Nos 15 & 20 in 1957. No 21, Barclay Hall was donated in 1975. All of Nos 15-21 eventually became singularly known as Maclay Hall hence, perhaps, some of the confusion.

Regardless, the question is why, after all the other former university halls have been occupied, this one, No 18, continues to lie empty? It's a somewhat unsightly and prominent blemish on Wilson's "Woodland's Hill Crown"...

We had to go to my late in-laws place so Mike to replace the sump pump hose. Naturally, I brought my camera so I could capture all the images I could of the view and other things in the yard before the house gets sold. If you view large you can see the mergansers across by the shoreline.

I want to thank you for taking the time to visit my little space here on Flickr. We are having a thunderstorm here so I will be trying to catch up with you all at somepoint when it stops. For now, my computer is going to be shut down because one can never be too careful when it comes to technology and power outages.

Love M.A.S.H.

Anyway.... WAH is being rather Cliche today, and I've wanted to do one of these shots at somepoint, so there you have it.

Happy Thursday.
