Sorry about the radiosilence, there has been a lot going on and I've been unable to concentrate on things as I should have... But I'm working on things~
And yep I got my LĂ¼nn and I'm smitten! There's another special little girly coming this way at somepoint as well so she won't stay only this size doll in my group.
203 is unusually Seen on the 39, to City, not Carlton Valley as the destination Advertises.
a Red E12 is gonna appear at somepoint soon, just trust me.
In the throws of de-regulation of bus services, Lancaster received a motley collection of second-hand double-deckers. New to Aberdeen Corporation(162), in 12/1973 as a dual-doored vehicle passing to Grampian Regional Transport(162) under local-government re-organisation in 04/1974 being converted to single-door layout at somepoint with Grampian(See comment below kindly supplied by [https://www.flickr.com/photos/ian_simpson/]), it is seen here at Lancaster Bus Station in what I think is October/November 1987. Immediately behind is Ribble 2118, OFV18X, an ECW bodied Leyland Olympian ONLXB/1R, new to then NBC controlled company in 12/1981. Both buses were heading to the University.
The camera being a Praktica MTL3.

Champi and I have become more couragous on the walk lately. I am not sure why that is, but we are climbling higher on trails, and going closer to the cliff's edge. I guess we are seeking more variety in what we see. My trust in Champi is building even though we do not want to take any unneccesary risks. It seems that at somepoints, she is the one watching over me...lol. Needless to say, the walks have become more challengeing... and fun also. I think Champi really enjoys surveying from the high vantage points too.
Enjoy!

Lothian Buses have a demo on Loan from Wrightbus in the form of a DF Wright StreetLite. As you probably know by now i am one of a very low amount of fans of this bus, i have liked it from Day One and i am sticking with my decision
This particular demo (SK17 HHL) is brand new and Lothian Buses are the first to trial it on their Services, those of you that will remember the last demo of this type (DRZ 9713) had a Cummins Engine, this has a Daimler engine instead as over the years Stakeholders of this bus have hated the Cummins Engine, i prefer the Cummins as at least you can hear something and get a bit of enjoyable speed
The Demo is believed to be going on every single deck route at somepoint and i was kindly told that by the driver of 299, it is thought that it will venture onto the 1, 24 or 36 next week as Central currently has 299
Anyway 299 is Seen here on a heavily congested Canongate whilst working a Diverted 6 to Hanover Street
15483 is an Scania N230UD with ADL Enviro400 bodywork which was new to Stagecoach in East Kent in 2009 in Wave 100/101/102 branding for the Wave 100/101/102 routes. The route was upgraded in 2016 with ADL Enviro400 MMCs allowing displaced Scanias like 15483 to transfer else where in the Stagecoach South East fleet to replaced non DDA former Magic Bus Tridents where 15483 alongside 15482 and 15484 a Bus I haven't photographed yet which I hope to at somepoint transferred to Hastings. Here it is filling in for a Wave 99 branded Scania on the Wave 99.
These pictures I took at the beguining of college for a small one week project called "decay". I will definatley retake this at somepoint, I want it to have better lighting and higher resolution, I might take them using film if I Can fix my camera soon
This was a quick iPhone capture whilst operating the sound desk at church this morning. It was going to be a lovely sunny day so the idea was to get outside at somepoint and find a good shot in the sun, maybe a lovely landscape or something. However, the day ran away with us. We visited my dad and had games and a lovely tea with him. So the day was fab overall and I'm just glad I took a banking shot in the morning.
15775 is an Scania N230UD with ADL Enviro400 bodywork which was new in 2011 to Stagecoach South East for the Wave 99. It has been working the route most of the time since it's based at Hastings where most of the 99s run from as Eastbourne only run 2 Wave 99s being 15770/1. It carries the really detailed Wave 99 branding which looks really nice shame the Buses have been bashed about. These might only have a few months left on the 99 as the route is meant to be getting brand new Scania MMCs at somepoint as the current Buses are 6 years old now. Who knows where these will go after being displaced from the 99. Here is 15775 picking up for a 99 in the glorious sunset 13/11/17.

In for work is Airparks BX13CZG a King Long XMQ6127J...Everybody at this point was the last thing to do today and it was the garage tour...unfortuantly there were other coaches that i couldnt get pictures of, including our temporay fleet additions, i will try and get everything else at somepoint next week, as two of us are cleanng the yard up and moving vehicles around...Photo taken 07/03/14
Apologies I have a few shots at this time which were taken by me and I have chopped various bits off, don't think I had a new Camera at the time as I think I had got a Cosmic Symbol as a birthday present earlier than this.
I have still put this one up as it is an interesting vehicle, HEN866N a Leyland Leopard operated by Chester Corporation, I am not sure who bodies it, is at a Willowbrook? I know at somepoint it passed to Deiniolen Motors.
Impressive yew in kingsley vale. Very happy with the photos the my new nex-5n is churning out, may have a tinker with this one in photoshop at somepoint tho...

Southgate Underground Station, London, England
This is the image that I picked to celebrate the London Underground 150th Birthday, I hope it does it justice and you enjoy it. Some other great new yesterday was that I had 6 London Underground images picked by Londonist which were published on their website, again to celebrate the anniversary which I was very happy about and more on that in tomorrows upload :-).
This image was taken at Southgate Underground Station on the Piccadilly Line during a photowalk with fellow friend and photographer Daniel Borg. Southgate has become one of my favourite stations on the network as there is so much stunning art deco architecture there. I do plan to revisit there at somepoint in the next few weeks. What always captures my eye at these Charles Holden Art Deco stations is the sweeping curves mixed in with straight lines, you wouldn't think they go together but they do. The Charles Holden stations are the most (in my opinion) ascetically pleasing stations on the network.
Oh I have also just noticed that this is my 500th upload to Flickr, just my mini celebration compared to that of the Tube. I can't believe how quick that has gone and I have managed to get 500 images up. Heres to the next 500 :-).
Some feedback on yesterdays upload, Helix of Beauty - Revisited, wow what a response and thank you all for your feedback on it. It seems that the general consensus was that the B&W version most people prefer which I would agree with. I was quite lucky with the guy walking up the stairs to give that motion blur :-).
Thats all for now and I hope you all have an awesome Tuesday.

Information
Southgate station opened on 13 March 1933 with Oakwood on the second phase of the northern extension of the Piccadilly line from Finsbury Park to Cockfosters. Prior to the station's opening, alternative names were suggested including "Chase Side" and "Southgate Central". On opening, local residents were given a free return ticket to Piccadilly Circus.
The station is built in the Art Deco/Streamline Moderne design style using brick, reinforced concrete and glass and is one of the best known of the many stations Charles Holden designed for London Underground. The station building is circular with a flat projecting concrete roof. Externally, the flat roof of the raised central section appears, impossibly, to be supported by nothing more than a horizontal band of windows that provide daylight to the ticket hall. The roof is actually supported, umbrella-like, from a central column within the ticket hall. The whole building is topped by an illuminated feature resembling a Tesla coil.
Like Arnos Grove, Oakwood and Cockfosters, Southgate is a listed building in this case at Grade II* (regraded from Grade II in 2009) and retains much of its original decoration. The two escalators have the original column lighting, while bronze panelling is in evidence throughout the station. However; the station is not without change: in the late 1990s, one of the three entrances was filled in to be used as a new ticket office, and due to the design of the automatic barriers, one of the two remaining entrances is exit only.
In 2008 the station was extensively renovated, with new tiling at platform level, a partial new floor in the main ticket hall, and improved signage throughout. The station won the London Regional category award at the 2008 National Railway Heritage Awards for the modernisation of a heritage station.
The preserved condition of the station's original features, particularly the escalators, makes Southgate popular for filming scenes for period dramas, including scenes for the 1999 version of the film, The End of the Affair.

One of the survivors of the old style Wave 99 branding as of 6/12/17. 15776 is an Scania N230UD with ADL Enviro400 bodywork which was new in 2011 to Stagecoach South East with Wave 99 branding for the Wave 99. They are going to be displaced by brand new Scania N250UD/Enviro400 MMCs at somepoint so their days on the 99 are numbered. Until then, they can continue on the 99 until they bid farewell to the 99 and East Sussex. The MMCs have things the current Wave 99 Buses don't have for example, the MMCs have charging points, free wifi and lovely seating which the GN61s don't have. Here is 15776 picking up for a 99 on a cloudy Wenesday afternoon.
Just a close up of possibly the cutest figma face of all time.
She DOES have other expressions and I will show them off at somepoint BUT LOOKIT HOW CUTE THAT WICKLE FACE IS!!
Also, awesome hat. It has 2 'expressions' too. XD

Note the replacement upperdeck window which has come for a First vehicle at somepoint, still displaying a First no smoking logo, presumably from a Glasgow vehicle at a dealer.
Formerly NIBSBuses and London United Dennis Dart 458 (SN55DVR) is seen here in the former operators livery operating a school service on 16/4/2021
At somepoint while it was at NIBS, it had its Urban90 seating replaced with far superior bench seating. It still retains this.

In the Ancient world, the circle was seen as the ideal form, and this informed the view of the solar system and influenced there view of the heavens.
Potelmy's geocentric model, which was the prevailing view of the solar system and Earth's place in it for over 1400 years (till debunked by Copernicus), held that the Earth was static at the centre of the universe, with all other bodies revolving around it in perfect circles.
In the Ptolemaic system, the planets are assumed to move in a small circle called an epicycle, these epicycles rotated along a larger circle called a deferent, which in turn rotated around the Earth.
The Earth then was like as the central hub of the cosmos, everything else orbiting it eastward in uniform motion.
This allowed Potelmy to explain planetoids retrograde motion -- the point at which planets seem to double back on their orbits at certain points in the year. With circles turning on circles at somepoint they seem to double back on themselves, which creates the idea of the spirograph like pattern in the design.
Although totally defunct, there's something more elegant in a way about Potelmy's geocentric model -- circles rotating on circles, spinning in greater circles creates this real idea of a real cosmic ballet.
This design is partly based on a Victorian print i found on the web whilst researching Ptolemy and the geocentric model
You can read more about the geocentric model here:
Well yesterday I was sleeping in, But my mother came in and asked if I wanted to go thrift store shopping with her, So I decided "eh. Might find some dolls"
Sadly there was no dolls. :C
But I did pick up a few things, I picked up..
A chineseish inspired old fan - pictured.
A new pair of sandles thtat also happen to be sort of Orientalish in design - not pictured.
Some clothing stuff, etc.
Then we went to walmart, I got three blindbags, I finally got a fluttershy! :3
I also I got a Wonderbolt and Crystal applejack, And as pictured, Bratz Totally polished Yasmin. I spent and hour debating between her and Fianna. I might go back for Fianna later.
My walmart is packed with doll sales right now. All the bratzillaz are 10.00's, If it weren't for the crappy ass nylon, i'd buy them in a heartbeat.
Granted I might get another meygana to dehair and use with wigs.
I also got some sewing stuff, Fabric, Scissor sharpener, Fabric tape measure, And Velcro and B/W thread.
At somepoint I need to make and outfit for the "Neon splash" picture. @.@; Something I'm hoping to do with my new fabric once I Iron it.
(Also is it just me or did anyone else suffer hand injuries trying to get into the new bratz packaging. I cut my hands like four times on plastic and other things.

Not much chance to see the granite of Aberdeen sparkle on a sunny day on on this B7TL which has megaside contravision treatment.
The worn interior makes this an ideal candidate for the interior refurbishment First has promised although it remains to be seen if Aberdeen are to benefit. However, the bus does seem to have gained a CCTV camera pod at somepoint.
Arrived from Maidstone on loan to Sheerness somepoint overnight, seen working the 13:50 334 from Maidstone to Sheerness.
We have all stood on this part of Digbeth or where the Jag is parked at somepoint in our spotters lives...some of us upteen times in the summer ..i never used to go on the summer school trip i went to Digbeth. Seen here is Go Whittle KUX234W a Bedford YMT / Duple Dominant 3 C53F heading i think for London on the 11.00 mass departure .
The last of my HDR shots from Meadowdale Beach Park... I am sure there will be more of these to come at somepoint, its a great place to watch the sunset

Focal length: 4"
Pinhole diameter: approx. 0.5mm
Paper negative: 7" x 5"
Exposure time: 1 minute 40 seconds
Mid afternoon, bright sunshine.
I was scared of underexposing this considering I had my hands shading the pinhole. What I hadn't accounted for was my left palm in such a position that it was actually having the reverse effect and acting like a reflector, hence this ended up a little overexposed. Which is a shame because it would have been easier to keep still for less time. ;) I could have shot another straight after this one, but I was ready to pack up for the day by this point. I think I might try more with things with hands at somepoint.
What I think is quite fun about this is how my nose looks quite big because of the way the light is hitting it and the slight movement in the position of my face. I actually have quite a dinky little snout.
This is a little frame from Nancy and Jonathon's wedding shot recently in St Ives in Cornwall. They had the most amazing day and the most amazing weather to accompany it as well which in Cornwall, can not always be a given!
This is the blog post for this photo, but the whole wedding should be up at somepoint soon when I manage to get this website sorted!

WOW. IM A FUCKING GENIOUs. and i am gonna kill someone with a pillow along the way, i was thinin about suffocation but thats boring, maybe ill inject someone with a pillow or maybe a claymore with pillows in them, but if you really think about it, if i kill you by hitting you with a pilow, thats gonna take a really long time. oh. and im gonna have a choo choo named tilbert that will take me around my mansion. "you can come along too" is what ill say, and we'll all hop on my train and 'weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" of we go, into the distant rooms, i will have a bunch of fun rooms, the music room, the game room, the orgy room( i have yet to find out what they do in there), the tv room. the kill terrorists/all who oppose patawatadingo room. remember thats me you fuckers. oh, and jesus, im gonna have to strip you of your ranks and give them to my friend ian cause he told me he is jesus, and who am i gonna believe?! huh jesus? you, some dead cunt ive never met, or my friend ian?! thats right, oh yeah, ben, im promoting you to the rank and positon of the guy from that game half life. you can beat ppl to death as you please, they have to be okayed by me, and they have to have a physical to make sure they re suitable(alive), you can use any of the following, monkey wrench, crowbar, tire iron, sledge hammer, axe/hatchett, axe handle, bat, rebar, pipes, and ill even let you use biochemicals cause im a sick fuck and wanna see their eyeballs fill up with blood and have them vomiting organs and stuff. then ill make that into a suasage and feed it to the guy im paying to crap in your lap. so that the stuff you have in your lap is doody, that used to be a persons organs which they threw up because ben got a little frisky and decieded to kill that one olsen twin. oh yeah, lindsey lohan is gonna party with us.
shoutouts to shanti, marquis, rob, chris, and all keeping it real. shout outs to my main man jesus christ, ian thats you. shout outs to the cafe and simple for being down to get down even though we have never really all together ggot down, but soon. to say and codo. to jenny, to the rest, to asker, and most of all to ARIZONA RASPBERRY ICED BEVERAGE if i fogot to mention some people and i most likely did, you can all suck some fat nutz, walnuts. but not almonds. anyway go die now, get ready to worship (and i know some of you already do) or send me that check....

Still carrying its really detailed Wave 99 branding is 15773 (GN61 EVW) this is the one in the GN61s that i'm after as I've been on the others in the batch. 15773 is an Scania N230UD with ADL Enviro400 bodywork which was new in 2011 to Stagecoach South East with Wave 99 branding for the Wave 99. However, time is running out this won't be wearing branding for much longer as new Buses (MMCs) are due to take over at somepoint. Until then these will continue to work the route until time runs out here it is picking up for a Wave 99.
Back in 2011, I made the images in comments. Somehow at somepoint someone Tumblr'ed it and it snowballed (not quite viral). As of this morning, this image has 19,797 notes against it (like a re-tweet I think).
This year I bought a lot more pansies both to plant and to photograph- experimenting with different colours. As ever, I feel nature gets it right- the pure colours (not mixing up more than one flower) works best for me.

66502 approaches Alderley Edge station with a very short rake of containers, on a Trafford Park to Crewe S.S.M. working, on the evening of 13th May 2016. There were actually only 7 containers on this working.
Once in Crewe sorting sideings, rakes such as this are added together into longer workings to head towards one of the container ports. As this is Freightliner, I guess these will be heading to Southampton or Felixstowe at somepoint.
I'm looking to update my Elstro.co.uk homepage at somepoint and I really could do with a new photo as the current one is 2 years old....took some snaps today to decide which is the best.....
Oh dear God, I am a vain mother f*cker aren't I?
This has to be one of the most stupid looking Wave 99 Buses I have seen with an replacement front light it got last year. 15770 is an Scania N230UD with ADL Enviro400 bodywork which was new in 2011 for the Wave 99 and carries Wave 99 branding. This is one of 2 based at Eastbourne garage/depot the other being 15771. These are coming up to 6 years old now and are due to be replaced at somepoint when that happens, they will move onto other routes.
Yes, it's from the archives but I've been wanting to fit this shot in at somepoint. Plus it provies a nice break from cold things like this and this.
This was taken in July '09 at Holland's Centennial park. I had found this really vibrant flower and I was leaning in for a shot when all of a sudden a bee flew into frame and proceeded to disappear into the depths of this little flower.
