I recently saw a photo that had an apple that had been sliced and hung to be displayed like a fruity slinky. I tried to replicate this with a thick slice, but the apple was too brittle it broke. A thinner slice is what you see here. And yes, it is ONE long slice! The problem here with this thin slice is that hanging such a thin slice will surely cause the slice to break. So, plan B - demonstrate this on a plate, where it is not hanging and may break.
This is one of two images I am submitting for this week's Macro Mondays theme of "FRUIT." And for you doubters, look at the actual size of this image to see that it IS larger than life.
Not much difference here from Logan's, just minor differences. Gave him a hook weapon instead of another sword. I like to think he would drag in his opponents with the hook and then slice them once close.
Added the red armor on the chest since the red is suppose to symbolize his allegiance to Kulta, and that side of the chest print has more red so it works.
The flames are suppose to represent the mystic-ness of Slicer, since supposedly it was the Skull spider that revived him, but who really knows? Just thought it added a nice dark magic vibe to it.

CapitaLand Raffles City Chengdu is a building complex built in Chengdu, China designed by Steven Holl Architects. It was built from 2008 to 2012. The Sliced Porosity Block consists of 5 mixed-use towers with offices, apartments, retail and a hotel, which surround a large public plaza. The design is shaped to give the surrounding residential neighborhood enough daylight during the day. The angles of the sun prescribe the shape of the towers. The structure is an exoskeletal concrete frame.
I woke up this morning and the fisrt thing I did was to slice up some oranges, like I always do. Then I thought it was a good idea to take a picture of them and indeed it was.
I sliced into this lovely red onion as I was making some Pico de Gallo this evening and thought it looked interesting. So I took its portrait.
This was taken for a food shot in my Commercial 3 class. At first i shot some cut up watermelon and it wasn't me, it honestly sucked! I guess you can't win em all! So then i reshot and got this. I wanted to do something out of the ordinary for food, this was my first time shooting food and i think it worked out really well. I used a Leaf back which i'm not used too, turned out to be just as sick as the Phase One backs!
Please tell me someone knows where i got this title from!! :)
