Fresh mozarella wrapped in basil and prosciutto, with focaccia and baby heirloom tomatoes - grilled to perfection.
All sorts of meat combinations (chicken, shrimp, beef, crab, etc) on skewers, dipped in thai chili sauce. YUM!

Is this style of color processing pretentious? I wouldn't ordinarily go for this look, but I came upon this through trial-and-error and think I like it.
Probably the best tasting skewer I've ever had. I didn't know this but apparently Hida beef is held in higher regard than even Kobe beef! After tasting it I could see why.
