Grilling these skewers took only about 6 minutes total. That is a quick and delicious gourmet meal.

Is this style of color processing pretentious? I wouldn't ordinarily go for this look, but I came upon this through trial-and-error and think I like it.

Don't you love the Chinese character for skewer: 串 .. ?

Probably the best tasting skewer I've ever had. I didn't know this but apparently Hida beef is held in higher regard than even Kobe beef! After tasting it I could see why.
