Bought a big pile of old 78's from the boot sale today. Lots of Harry Bidgood and a couple of novelty songs that I will slowly add to the audio blog.

The bars have white cork Cinelli tape, hemp twine, 3 layers of amber shellac.

I pretty well mainly listen to Shellac when it's dark, grey, cold and winter time. This song is pretty brutal. I wanted it to look like an old fashioned murder scene so the red paint is supposed to represent blood topped off with sewing scissors to the heart. Ouch.

Yeah, when I think of the music of Shellac, I totally connect it with pretty pink hearts.
