A bus stop, on a hill. But there are no seats for the weary traveller while they wait, that would evidently be too pleasant. What we have instead are two metal bars. Two cold, hard and wet-with-condensation metal bars, in fact. That are mounted at an angle so you can't actually sit on them without using your legs to brace yourself anyway. And because of the hill, one end is below knee-height.

Southern Newington’s prime pizza place, Elm Hill Pizza, is a family owned and operated pizza place since 1975. Serving people throughout Newington and the surrounding areas, the place is very welcoming and the decoration appeals people to sit and enjoy their meal. However, many regular customers—mostly addressed to by first name—will make their orders to go by phone, and when going to get it, they will simply stand and talk to the workers about life and memories. The friendly demeanor of the workers/owners, their high-quality service and the amazing food just put the icing on the cake.

Sainsbury's Apple Juice is delicious served on its own or over crushed ice.
But for that extra creative something, why not add a whole Sainsbury's Braeburn apple as well, and wait for spring to enjoy your special cocktail under the shade of your local meadow apple tree?

A large part of my collection of Retro Dishes that I found at the Flea Market. I'm obsessed with these sectional serving bowls. The Grey one is my very favorite of the whole collection.

Politics and pop culture collide in this fascinating new play inspired by Netflix’s “The Crown”. This season the Belfry is offering Pay What You Want prices for in-person and live stream tickets.
November 23 – December 19, 2021
Actor and playwright Marcia Johnson was inspired to write this play after watching an early episode of “The Crown” on Netflix. The play premiered in February 2020.
Politics and pop culture collide with unexpected twists as this fascinating new play moves between 1952 Kenya—when an anti-monarchist cook challenges Princess Elizabeth in the moments before she becomes queen—and 2015 London—when a Kenyan-Canadian film student clashes with convention and custom while working on a TV series about the Royals.
The tension between people and politics—imperialism, prejudice, and the irresistible draw of the monarchy—infuses and ignites this exciting new play.

Fort Buchanan – Paper Clips is an outlet for office products manufactured by the National Industries for the Blind (NIB). The store celebrated last 22 February 2011, its 10 year anniversary of serving customers at Fort Buchanan.
The beginnings of the stores go back to1936. Then the Winston-Salem Company started with a small workshop within their plant in North Carolina, employing six blind workers to manufacture mattresses, brooms, chairs and other items. The group kept growing to become National Industries for the Blind (NIB) which manufactures the supplies sold at Paper Clips.
“Visually impaired people tell me over and over again that even though they cannot serve our country in uniform, by working in Paper Clips they feel they are serving the country indirectly” , said Jerry O’Hagan, Director of Base Supply Centers.
During the event, one of the Fort Buchanan’s Paper Clips store employee received a cash award for his hard work and dedication. “Out of all the 400 visually impaired employees, Jorge Cosme has done the most to excel”, said O’Hagan.
Brig. General Fernando Fernández was also present at the event. “Jorge represents what the young people in Puerto Rico can do to achieve success, despite their circumstances”, said the 1st MSC Commanding General.
