Very courteous and nice -- as come to expect in Chinese service. She gave us a sample of all their most well-known teas -- and then told us that if we didn't buy a large container of them, we needed to get out. I bought some, of course. My guide said that American spend money on wine, Chinese spend money on tea. Although not even a fraction of what wine costs, the tea was a little pricey. However, the taste makes all the difference -- teas that change their flavor in your mouth. green tea that is both bitter and has a distinct flavor apart from what I've ever had in America. It was worth the money.
