Commissioner Mignon L. Clyburn is currently serving her second term at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Following her appointment, Clyburn also served as first Acting Chairwoman of the FCC. Commissioner Clyburn has been committed to closing the “digital divide.” Specifically, she has lead the developments for Lifeline Modernization, which assists low income consumers defray the cost of broadband service, championed for diversity of media ownership, initiated Inmate Calling Services reforms, and fought to preserve a free and open internet.

The Moscow Metro is a rapid transit system serving Moscow, Russia.
Opened in 1935 with one 11-kilometre (6.8 mi) line and 13 stations, it was the first underground railway system in the Soviet Union. As of 2014, the Moscow Metro has 196 stations and its route length is 327.5 km (203.5 mi). The system is mostly underground, with the deepest section 74 metres (243 ft) underground at the Park Pobedy station, one of the world's deepest.

As of 2013 the system has an average daily ridership of 6.73 million passengers with the peak of 9.28 million. The upcoming station is announced by a male voice on inbound trains to the city center, and by a female voice on outbound trains.
