One day he hoisted his sail and went out to sea to face the fight.
A storm broke the mast - it was easy prey.
Immersed - drowned - the crew lost.

A late February 2019 visit to Moseley Old Hall near Wolverhampton. Felt like early Spring and was warm and sunny.
Moseley Old Hall is located in Fordhouses, north of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom. It is famous as one of the resting places of Charles II of England during his escape to France following defeat at the Battle of Worcester in 1651. It is now a National Trust property.
The house is a Grade II* Listed Building.

The Attic.
Father Huddlestone was also a tutor to three boys living in the house, as part of his cover story. Whilst Charles was in hiding the boys were sent to keep watch from all the attic windows in order to give warning of any strangers approaching.
Chapel as it could have looked.
Father Huddlestone held secret Roman Catholic Mass here. If discovered, the Priest would have paid with his life and the family with imprisonment or worse. Charles was shown the chapel, and grateful for the part that Catholics had played in saving his life, he promised that when he became King, they would no longer have to worship in secret.

The mother squirrel's three babies had quite a tumble from their nest 20 feet up. Chasing after their loud mewling the mom checked each one and carried them back up into the waiting branches of the massive fir above. A large lilac bush had broken their falls on the way to the ground.
