My outing today didn’t go quite as planned due to a substandard weather forecast. I did always plan to find the location for this shot though and I only managed to spot it when I bailed on my main plan. Serendipity perhaps? Two of the Three Sisters in Glencoe, Scotland.
One of the Great North Air Ambulance AS365N2 Dauphins waiting on Trinity Green after the medical crew left to attend an emergency.
This view is SW of the Rockyview Hospital that is surrounded with the glow of evening light. Fronted with the frozen-over reservoir, patterns in the bluish colored ice are revealed in the shadows.
Saving relationships for 30 years. Interestingly the acute accent in the sign is above the wrong è!
Taken at James St, Liverpool.
I was born to run, I don't belong to anyone, oh no
I don't need to be loved by you (by you)
Fire in my lungs, can't bite the devil on my tongue, you know
I don't need to be loved by you
See his hands on my waist, thought you'd never be replaced, baby
Ooh, you know it's true, yeah
That I was born to run, I don't belong to anyone, oh no
I don't need to be loved by you, yeah
La-la, la-la, la
La-la
You know it's true
You know it's true

this year I will try to choose one photo a day for this pseudo-project, no matter the motive, style, colour or technique. encouraging myself to shoot everyday, even if I can't go outside.
The groynes on the beach at Boscombe that stop the sand being washed away. An opportunity to use a slow shutter speed and get a long exposure using my tripod and an ND Filter.
"God Bless us, everyone!" Says Tiny Tim in Dickens' classic Christmas tale.

Happy New Year 2023!
When we named Tiny Tim we had no idea what would happen this year. It also happened at Christmas time, which is uncanny. Timmy became lame this summer, and we first thought it was just a pulled muscle. We later found out that something was causing severe bone degeneration. It could be cancer, or some infection. He was in severe pain. After treatment we were unable to save his little leg, but we saved his tiny life. Just before Christmas he became a "Tripod". He is amazing! He's healing very well; and he plays and runs pain free now. We tell him he gained new super powers, and we call him "Super Timmy!"
We are hoping for a calmer New year in 2023, every time I say that though, something happens. We lost five of our babies this year, and Timmy was a traumatic event for us. But we are coming out of it, looking positively toward a great new year! Happy 2023!
Algo con lo que he jugado mucho, salvar un obstáculo gracias a la abertura y la combinación de distancias. En el lado contrario a cuando incluí una alambrada delanyte de una flor mediante una doble exposición ;-)

Whoever thinks it is not possible to accept death with grace should visit Deadvlei. Like exquisitely carved sculptures these trees branch out from the dry river bed. I was waiting for that exact time when the clay pan would be in shadow, the dunes in the light and the line of transition the same as the line of light and shadow. Such a rewarding experience to shoot these subjects while waiting for that deliberate moment to press the shutter.
For those of you who have never seen me or have not seen me for a while... I am doing well!

I won't make Steve take another shot so heres a cloudy view of Wassen. I slept in a little this morning for the first time on the trip but finally wandered out in the rain. The weather definitely led me to explore new spots that I might not have otherwise and this was one of my favorites. A northbound intermodal crosses the massive arch bridge on the 2nd level of the Wassen Spirals with a uniquely painted Re4/4 leading.
