Beer sampler at Bell's Brewery's Eclectic Cafe. www.bellsbeer.com/ Note the sampler paddle is shaped like Michigan's "Thumb." The beers I selected were Doppelbock, Third Coast Old Ale, Sweet Potato Stout, Milk Stout, Black Rye, and Amber.

Julia Line mystery sampler from The Gift of Stitching

Heres my first stitch, once I got the hang of it, it was so easy and I really

enjoy working with this stitch. I spent last weekend working on it

but I just couldn't get it, until somebody mentionend Mary Colberts (?) stitch

videos, like they say, "the rest is history" I hope you like it let me know what you think of it. Thank you.

Shop update done today - this is now in the Miso Funky shop. Check the profile for details.

I'm already starting to repeat some of the fabrics, to give a sense of continuity to the top (when I get there). The 'blue' fabric here is actually a really pretty royal purple.

So far I've used chain stitch, seed stitch, split stitch, running stitch, french knot, and I believe the fern stitch. Just learned that one. Oh yeah, there is a star in there too in pale yellow.
