I highly recommend getting this sampler platter of their Chowders! Really great and each one is absolutely fabulous! They are, clockwise from the bottom left of picture -

it's pretty much a personal rule: if a beer sampler is on the menu, I will order it. Even if I've tasted all of the beers many, many times, and know which one I like the best, I just ... can't not order it.

Once again I forgot that the paper-piecing instructions posted to the Yahoogroup aren't reversed so that the blocks match the book. No big deal. I'm still pretty happy with the block. That awesome mustardy green makes another appearance.
I was digging in my stash for some embroidery fabric when I came across some more of my old samplers .These were done doing the NSW Embroiderers Guild distance courses.I did all except the gold embroidery course,was over seas working that year.
I had this and my other sampler washed and pressed and rolled up in a tube. My partner found them in our attic about two years after we moved (2002), so I got them framed and they now hang on our living room wall, either side of the fireplace.
About 12x11 inches
As you can see, this one was finished in about 1995 :@)
Chloe was very kindly given a Lomo Action Sampler and some film by some friends on Talkphotography and couldn't wait to test it out. She needs to work on her finger placement but on the whole I reckon she did well :0)

hmm... I know the middle 3 are the Sumbel Porter, Ægir India Pale Ale, and Rallar Amber Ale from left to right. I believe the far left is the Saison and the far right is the Altbier, but I had had quite a few by this point, so it's hard to remember now... The IPA was my favorite, though. Unfortunately all my favorites weren't available bottled at the time.
