Rebecca's Sampler designed by Betsy C. Stinner of Earth Threads. This was a class piece at the Celebration of Needlework in Nashua, NH in 2005. I love the frog in the spot motifs at the top. I also like the aged look of this linen. It is 32-count Autumn Blush Vintage Belfast linen by Zweigart. The threads are Sampler Threads by The Gentle Arts.
Featuring St George's cross stitch, ermine stitch, zigzag stitch, basket stitch, closed herringbone stitch, one-sided insertion stitch and two-sided insertion stitch.
Finished! I had a hard time taking nice photos of it, but these will do. Maybe when the weather finally dries out, I'll try a few outside.
