I purchased a sampler panel of French General La Petite Ecole. I cut each of the samplers out and then added some ric-rac, backed them with a light pink fabric, then strung them on some double-fold bais binding to make a bunting for my little girl. I think it looks lovley hanging above her closet and she loves having all of her letters displayed.
on this day, lynn ate french toast.
sometimes lynn stays late at the office with me, and this is what we do.

Rebecca's Sampler designed by Betsy C. Stinner of Earth Threads. This was a class piece at the Celebration of Needlework in Nashua, NH in 2005. I love the frog in the spot motifs at the top. I also like the aged look of this linen. It is 32-count Autumn Blush Vintage Belfast linen by Zweigart. The threads are Sampler Threads by The Gentle Arts.
