I made this ribbon embroidery wedding sampler for my son and daughter-in-law. It was the first time I'd ever done ribbon embroidery. From the date on it, you can see that it is 10 years old.
In house brew sampler at the Brewerks Microbrewery at Clarke Quay Singapore. My favourite is the Alt Bier :)

Detail of a sewing sampler from Mount Gambier. The sampler is of fine calico bound at the ends with pink ribbon. There are rows of tucks, hem top and bottom, an applied strip in the centre, which are all hand stitched with fine running and back stitches.
