Bloco 2 do Sampler.
O tecido liso que parece bege, na verdade é verde, ou melhor, um bege meio esverdeado. Não havia uma luz legal e nem eu sou sou boa fotógrafa, por isso ficou assim.

Mini space sampler - four tiles choosen from the 16 tiles original.
This was stitched for a dear friend of mine who studies astrophysics, and these four tiles were particularly meaningful to our friendship.
The larger sampler was designed by Geri Ambrose of The Mathyspere (bought on Etsy).
Stitched on 25 count black Lugana using 3 strands of DMC floss.
I changed the colour scheme of the Martian sky from blue to yellow to give it a stormy look.
This sampler quilt was started at a quilting course in 1980. I'd made most of the blocks when we had to pack up the house and move countries. The pieces had been packed away ever since. With my interest in quilting recently reinvigorated, I decided to finally look at it again and finished it in February 2009. Better twenty-nine years late than never!
From CrossStitcher 232, but due to my very limited stash it's not on the 'right' blue aida or with the 'right' DMC colours, but i like it a lot. the somewhat randomly placed scroll bits of backstitch were a bit of a challenge!
it was going to be a card for my parents, but i'm keeping it! i'm going to make it up into a little framed picture. it's in keeping with the little Scarecrow sampler, so now i think i'll have to do one for spring and summer as well.

Jen suggested we head to Hooter's after Failte. It turns out she actually said "Huether," as in "Huether Hotel." It was just down the street, and it included the Lion Brewery Restaurant, where they brew their own beers. There were a bunch of choices, but fortunately they had a sampler.
The waitress seemed apologetic that they had a lime beer available. Apparently the Bud Light Lime was a craze around here and they felt they needed to compete? Anyway, it was okay, but I enjoyed their basic Lion Lager.

I made this ribbon embroidery wedding sampler for my son and daughter-in-law. It was the first time I'd ever done ribbon embroidery. From the date on it, you can see that it is 10 years old.
I purchased a sampler panel of French General La Petite Ecole. I cut each of the samplers out and then added some ric-rac, backed them with a light pink fabric, then strung them on some double-fold bais binding to make a bunting for my little girl. I think it looks lovley hanging above her closet and she loves having all of her letters displayed.
SS-Luscious Sampler
Seven slip stitch crochet patterns joined into a ring scarf and edged with slip stitch ribbing. Add a drawstring to wear as a warm capelet.
Yarn: Berroco Noble, 2 full balls.
Designed for my March 2017 crochet class in Mt. Prospect IL: Big Hook Slip Stitch.
03/Abril/2008 - Este é o top do sampler, com 9 blocos, de um curso que fiz 7 anos atrás. Decidi monta-lo somente agora. Que UFO heim?! Os blocos não estão perfeitos, mas achei que seria um desperdÃcio simplesmente jogá-los fora ou demanchar os blocos para uso dos retalhos em outro projeto. Afinal paguei tão caro pelo curso...

Double weave Sampler

Section 8 - bottom 2 inches are woven in 2 separate layers, then 2 inches with 3 tubes, and 1 inch on the top woven in 2 layers again.
WIP The fabric is a vintage linen hankie bought at an antique store. The thread is an awesome variegated blue,purple, green.
