Same building, different angle.
Unlike the earlier version, in this one I played with color saturation and contrasts.

Same view over the course of a few hours. Snow on the mountains for the first time this winter. The seasons are turning!
I took the same photo I used previously and played around with some of the actions Kim recommended loading. (The loading process in Elements 11 is sweet!!) I finished with framing filled in with the levels adjustment. Here you have the before and after.
Does this group of flowers look the same as THIS ONE to you? It doesn't to me yet they are supposed to be the same kind of cacti. Everything else matches but the flowers are sure different, color, structure, everything.
I make the same mistake almost every year because I visit the Botanic Gardens at Easter to photograph the beginning of Spring and of course by then I have missed it.
If you’re a meteorologist, spring begins on 1 March. If you’re an astronomer [or St. Brigid], it’s 1 February.
In many countries, May Day [May 1st] is synonymous with International Workers' Day, or Labour Day, which celebrates the social and economic achievements of the labour movement. As a day of celebration the holiday has ancient origins, and it can relate to many customs that have survived into modern times. Many of these customs are due to May Day being a cross-quarter day, meaning that (in the Northern Hemisphere where it is almost exclusively celebrated) it falls approximately halfway between the spring equinox and summer solstice. In the Celtic tradition, this date marked the end of spring and the beginning of summer. In line with this, Ireland celebrates St Brigid's Day (1 February) as the first day of spring.
The glittery copper and brown strip up the center and the heel and toe are fabric from opera costumes. Embellishment was made by a Virginia polymer clay artist. Back and lining are the same copper colored fabric that is on the front of the stocking. 14.5" x5.5"
It's all the same, only the names will change
Everyday it seems we're wasting away
Another place where the faces are so cold
I'd drive all night just to get back home
[Chorus:]
I'm a cowboy, on a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted dead or alive
I'm a cowboy
Wanted dead or alive
Sometimes I sleep, sometimes it's not for days
And the people I meet always go their separate ways
Sometimes you tell the day
By the bottle that you drink
And times when you're alone all you do is think
[Chorus]
I walk these streets, a loaded six string on my back
I play for keeps, 'cause I might not make it back
I been everywhere, and I'm standing tall
I've seen a million faces an I've rocked them all
I'm a cowboy, on a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted dead or alive
I'm a cowboy, I got the night on my side
I'm wanted dead or alive
And I ride, dead or alive
I still drive, dead or alive
Dead or alive [x4]
-bon jovi
wanted dead or alive
