Same lady from my previous picture. This time taking a dip in the clear sea. Photo taken at Laguna Redang, Pulau Redang, Malaysia.
Same chips on white paper, silver hologram foil, gold hologram foil, and blue hologram foil.
These look best on the gold foil. It really warms up the color.

From the suicide of a young woman in Kerala who couldn't afford-her medical college fees, to the children of Kumbakonam .
who died r:lue to the criminal negligence of the teaching shop which was their school, we are repeatedly reminded that .
commercialisation of education kills. It turns educational institutions into teaching shops where only the rich can hope to .
buy, and where there is no concern for the poor and underprivileged. The last Government, in addition to these devasta1ing .
policies of privatization and commercialisation of education, had added another deadly dimension to education -that of .
saffronisation, which spread communal poison and obscurantism. .
.
The BJP-Ied NDA was voted out decisively. Has the UPA Government honoured its promises to change anythmg? .
.
In the Budget, allocation for secondary and higher education remains the same -1% of the Budget. .
The Budget has declared a 2% cess tor education. which will release around 5000 crorcs Th1s amount is a mere drop in .
the ocean; further, the Govt. has not allocated this amount on any head. Commercialization is encouraged to flourish .
by such thin public spending on education. .
Despite tall claims of 'detoxfication', the saffronised textbooks and curricula, including "jyotish" and "karmk.and" remain, .
retained in the name of "students' interests0 Does Mr. Arjun Singh think it is in children's interest to study these .
.
.
communal and obscurantist courses, even for a single day? .
People's anger against the huge levels of unemployment created by the US-dictated policies of liberalisation, was a crucial factor in puncturing the BJP's "feel good" balloon. But the UPA Budget's Economic Survey, repeats the same claims of 'India Shining'! The UPA's National Employment Guarantee Act (NEGA) is nothing better than the older and .
staler schemes which can never. play any role except that of Crocin in the treatment of tuberculosis. .
The fact is that the model of growth, dictated by the US-backed IMF-WB-WTO and favoured both by the BJP and Congress, is one of jobless growth. Agriculture is the country's largest employer, and in recent years there has been zero growth in rural employment, due primarily to lack of land reform. Manmohanomics completely ignores the need for agrarian reform .
and industrial rejuvenation (with stress on wage goods) which are a must for boosting employment. .
Why won't the UPA Govt. lift the ban on govt. recruitments and withdraw VRS from PSUs? If the UPA govt. can't even do .
this much, they must, at least, pull down the 'human face' signboard. .
And what of the UPA's promises of 'restoring democracy'? Here too, their record has been zilch. Films censored by the .
communal fascist BJP remain censored. People imprisoned, tortured and killed by Black Laws continue to face repression. .
And the virtual 'state of emergency' which had existed in many Central University campuses like Banaras Hindu University .
(BHU) and Jamia Millia lslamia continues, while in a new Central Univ. of Mahatma Gandhi Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, Wardha, .
students fail to be issued with marksheets, and courses have no UGC recognition. .
The NSUI on campus has no answer to these anti-people track record of its parent, the Congress. In the face of 1his .
wholesale betrayal of people's interests, what has been the attitude of the 'official Left' (the CPI and CPI(M)) and their .
student organisations, SFI and AISF? Under pressure from the student community and the radical voice of AJSA, the SFI .
and AISF on campus have been striking an anti-government posture on issues of education, economic policy and even .
Armed Forces Special Powers Act. But where they are actually called upon to act -their parent parties and MPs .
have played the role of friends and faithful collaborators of the UPA, rather than that of a live and radical opposition. .
Airports have been privatised, EPF rate cut back, rural allocations slashed, PDS far from adequate or effective, but the .
CPI-CPI(M) have spearheaded no protest, while the CPI(M) has even opposed scrapping of the AFSPA. .
The student community will not tolerate such dishonest posturing on part of SFI-AISF. Yechury has descnbed his .
party as the watchdog of the Govt.; the barks of its student wings can be nothing bu1 the barking of a Joyal dog on a leash. .
What we need is a determined movement on all the people's and student-youth issues. AISA stands committed to such .
a movement, and calls students to participate in an All-India March to Parliament during the Budget session on 18 .
August, to protest the betrayal of student-youth issues by the UPA Budget. .
Our nation has just 'celebrated' 57 years of freedom, even as imperialist economic policies cheat and kill our people, .
eroding our nation's sovereignty and perpetuating its enslavement in a new form . On this occasion, and towards a spirited .
protest against these policies on the 18th Aug., AI SA invites you to a screening of two anti-imperialist films. .
Michael Moore's Bowling for Columbine won the Oscar last year. The Oscar ceremony was held at the S?me time .
that Bush's bombs first fell on Iraq. Moore made sure the voices of millions protesting that war, disturbed the peace .
of the Oscar ceremony He accepted the award, saymg "Shame on you, Mr.Bush!" .
Taking off from the shootout by a h1gh-school student in the US small town of Columbme, Moore's film indicts the US .
war industry and US' history of impenal1st violence. .
Bhagat Singh and his comrades declared that freedom would be incomplete unless the exploitation of nation by I .

Behind what cannot be seen through.

You see, on a day like this.
I love to do photos of waterfalls.... This silky water looks so good, each waterfall looks much powerful and bigger than it really is :D
Same same but different, as the saying goes in Southeast Asia. These are all pigeons, but each one is so different! Seen here then is a apir of Mountain Imperial Pigeons. The Mountain Imperial Pigeon, also known as the Maroon-backed Imperial Pigeon or Hodgson's Imperial Pigeon, is a species of bird in the pigeon and dove family with a wide range in south-eastern Asia. More notes in the next caption. (Butterworth, Penang, Nov. 2013)

St Andrew, Chadwick Road, Eccles, Greater Manchester, 1879.
North Aisle Window, c1904 - detail.
By Alfred Octavius Hemming (1843-1907).
Hemming was born in Bristol, the son of an army officer. He trained as an architect in Edinburgh before becoming a pupil of Clayton & Bell. He established his own firm in 1883 on Marylebone Road in London. It continued as AO Hemming & Co until about 1940.
One of the few surviving works of architect Herbert Tijou, St Andrew’s was built in 1879. No two of its over fifty examples of stonework (all carved in the 1880s) are the same; each is unique. They include angels, capitals decorated with plants and animals, saint’s heads and a variety of religious symbols. Its stained glass which was installed gradually between 1886 and 1920 includes east windows by Charles Kempe (including one in memory of Henry Boddington). Others are by Alfred Hemmings and by Shrigley & Hunt of Lancaster. They feature saints, Bible stories and Arthur Handley Clayton, a local man killed in World War I. Some of its pews were originally from Manchester Cathedral and have elaborate craved pew ends. Minton floor tiles can be seen near the altar.

Same seat they just changed the colour of the sections. In 1973-74 it was the blue section but in the 1974-75 season they changed it to the red section and the red section became the gold section. Just in case someone out there cares. Also notice the price of that ticket changed too. It went from $6.60 a seat to $10.00 a seat. That was a lot of money back in the mid 70's. Now that seat cost around $200.00. I remember when a whole season cost around $200.00 never mind just one game!!!
After being a week working non-stop this week begins a new stage.
Everything will change, thanks to everyone for your comments.
Same wreath, same door, same nail, same boy as this picture... just a year later and about five inches taller.
