We stopped for lunch at this lovely spot about 2 hours north of Gympie. I think there is something charming about old rusting machinery.
The Smallest of the North American Orioles trades its orange yellows for a rustic color. The arrive up north late and leave as early as mid July and head back to there wintering grounds in Central America. There habit of eating nectar makes them popular birds in back yards and rather easy to set up perches for them to come to and photograph.

Took Olympus E-P3 with 17mm 2.8 for the first time Today. The camera is gorgeous, solid, classy, fast. The lens, well, it's true what they say, it isn't the best performer, but it looks so good on E-P3 body. I will try to live with the flaws for now, let see.
