For this week’s 52Frame assignment on “Modes of Transportation,” I decided to submit a photo of my 22-year-old 350z. I took a 3-minute exposure of the car while light-painting it with a blue and red gelled torch. To enhance the interior, I used an LED and a fogging device to create a hazy effect. This photo ended up being my runner-up.
Neither the house or the photo are as old as they look, and it's not even a country cottage, it's in the middle of London.

I got out of the house again, when I'm headed in the direction of Ladysmith I use the schedule of L520 as motivation. I strive to reach Ladysmith by 8am when the local off the Barron Sub usually starts the trip to Stevens Point. Despite getting there by 8 I missed L520 by 5 minutes and they got the route onto the Superior Sub as soon as they asked for it. After grabbing a breakfast sandwich before continuing on I took a glance at ATCS, L520 was on its way to a meet down at Sheldon but another southbounder was up at Murry with the route to follow L520. I decided to roll the dice and run up to County Road A and intercept this mystery train. The ubiquitous GEVO isn't all that inspiring but I like the sag here climbing away from the Thornapple River (through truss bridge visible in the distance). February 28, 2020.
Ok partner, once I started this I couldn't stop till its done. What do you think, you like?? I know its very simple shapes, so if its not to your taste, that's ok, it fits my coffee table perfectly :-) If you do like, have you any quilting suggestions?
