After a month hiatus, I'm slowly getting back into the Flickr groove. I'l make my best effort to visit and catch up on your streams over the next week or two.

Last night (4/29/12), Felice and I spent a long day up on UP's Roseville Sub (AKA, Donner Pass) watching and chasing a couple of trains. While several trains eluded us, we were very happy with what we caught. One of the last trains we encountered last night was a short freight hauling a** through Newcastle, CA. All in all, a great day!

I shot David's senior pictures a couple days ago. He runs track and field. This is my attempt at Joel Grimes' look.

I stopped to get a shot of Narada Falls in Mt Rainier National Park when 2 Marmots ran across the road. This was the best one that I got!

WPPD 2017

There are a few hundred Luxembourg Urban Trail Run runners in this photo. They are invisible because of 20 seconds exposure.

this table runner ended up being about 16 by 32 inches. All the colors are from my scrap bin and the cream background is from my stash. I chose to free piece the corner triangles to add to visual interest. The back is a solid kona green. Quilted with straight, wonky lines.
