He's finally done! So much happier with his build in every way now, the old version just looks sloppy to my eyes now.

Thanks so much for looking and have a great day!

These two criminals roam together wreaking havoc everywhere they go, Xplode is the brains with brawn, while Rotor is the brawn with... no brain.

Thank Bruh_0nicles for the propeller design.

I actually revamped him several months ago, but never took pictures of him. I made Nitron much more bulky, and gave him plasma thrusters on his back for extra effect.

Xplode was my first HF villain set, and I’ve been wanting to do a revamp of him for quite a while. So once I finished Thonk, I decided to try tackling something a bit smaller, more simple. A nice change of pace.

So of course I almost doubled the amount of spikes and gave him a giant spiky buster sword.

I had considered using a more tame and faithful alternative for his mace-ax-club-sword-thingamajig but I felt like he called for something heavier. Plus I had ordered three extra blade pieces that I didn’t want laying around.

Another change was the beefiness of it all. I kinda liked the idea that Xplode had upgraded himself to take a few more hits. Since the Heroes had gotten more and more powerful, it only made sense that Xplode - one of the best at the whole “Criminal for hire” gig, would have made himself more endurant and powerful to stay competitive.

I did leave his meteor blaster alone, because I feel like that’s the sort of weapon he’d like to be quick and maneuverable. Something you can be quick on the draw with, rather than have a giant cannon to lug around.

Overall this MOC certainly isn’t my best, but it was never meant to be. It’s just a fun little dive back into my childhood, and into some simpler techniques and styles. It was nostalgic, while also refreshing. I’ll definitely be doing more MOC’s like this in the future.

Thank you for checking out my stuff! And have a great day!

For this revamp of Pohatu, I wanted to emphasize his speed and his strength, so I made various parts of his intervals and externals be light grey, like a character with cyborg augmentations.

I was going to say it's been a while since I've done a proper revamp... but I just finished the PoE. So here's another one.

This idea has been long in the making. It all started with an old (and terrible) sketch of mine, combining the look of Metru and Hordika Whenua (since that was the only Hordika I still have most of the parts to) in an attempt to make him look more mutated. I recently came to the realization that the new Bionicle 2015 armor also follows a lot of the same aesthetic of the Hordika foot and the Metru foot, so I decided to give it a go. I also borrowed a bit from Darkraimaster and The-HT-Wacom-Man from DA.

Some interesting parts to note include the opening jaw, the fully posable shoulders (the upper torso is a mess of HF joints), the posable waist, and the working spinner. Although the legs are simple (I got lazy...), I like how they turned out.

Tahu surfing on lava (or rather lack of it). Hau is replaced with Hydraxon mask.

My entry to BBC 69.

This is a creation I’ve been working on for quite some time, ever since the Ziontyro released these glorious custom Kraahkan Kanohi. Almost an entire year in the making!

8593 Makuta has always been a set that was near and dear to my heart, though a figure that was very quickly superseded by larger titan builds. With this revamp, my objective was to restore some of the lost height and articulation, so he can stand tall against the other titans of the BIONICLE line.

The legs in particular draw inspiration from the design of @ibukkey00 while much of the upper body design was created by @fnezj, who gave me many helpful tips during the build process.

Please let me know what you think of this creation with a thoughtful comment below!

The legendary Seventh Toa has arrived, in glorious revamped form. Hope you like him as much as I enjoyed building him!

I'm really happy with how he came out, especially the painted chestpiece. I used Citadel Paints, with one layer of Liberator Gold over a base of Abaddon Black. I tried two coats of gold, but then it looked too yellow compared to the original gold parts. Would definitely recommend these paints for anyone interested in modifying their Bonk parts (even if it *is* illegal).

Now I've just got to think of the next project...

Here displaying her spinneret unfolded from her back, Rhotuka ready to fire (and subsequently get lost behind the couch).

Bowbrick does a yellow fig. :)

These Brickmoc test print legs work so well with this torso. What do you think Chris? Inspired by -MrMacy- and Legomoc.

If you fave, please comment, it is well appreciated

Our brave crew, ladies and gentlebeings. Ready to cruiser through time and wear a lot of awesome hats.

Continuing my series of Toa Nuva revamps with Kopaka. Before I started this I thought the Akaku Nuva was absolutely disgusting, but it's definitely grown on me during the building process.

The shield is the lid from one of the old X-Pods, and it attaches to Kopaka's back via a 1x2 'perpendicular' Technic beam (part no. 6536).

Continuing with the original toa mata is Lewa, even though I only intended to make Kopaka and Gali. I really liked having to get creative with the small amount of green parts I had available. String pieces were used on his arms and his back as like loose wiring because I imagined that while Lewa is leaping around and being reckless, some internals get knocked out and loose over time.

With the 10th aniversary of the Mask of light movie, and the nostalgia overflow, I thought I'd revamp the Muaka set from 2001 :3

Features: Movable claws, jaws, teeth, threads, arms(duh), and movable mask holder things.

I know there are a lot of Jaw Beast revamps out there and I'm sure this one is not the best. I'm pretty happy with the way this came out.. I took iconic features from the original and put them on mine.

My favorite of the barraki, Now Revamped.

This is a really tall revamp of my first upload on mocpages and the internet. I also think I am going to enter him into BBC 73.

"You forgot about One weapon that isn't empty, ME!"

Does not have thumbs to keep it more like the original. Uses a new HF helmet in place of the old mask.

A revamp of Gali Nuva.

I must give credit to reapertheultimate for inspiration for the lower torso design.

Made for Hero February over on Instagram.

Just a fun little build primarily for my own enjoyment, made with the goal of using only pieces I currently have in my collection and of course, finishing before the end of the month.

Nitroblast and the Fire Villains are definitely a soft spot for me in the HF Roster, with some very charming sets and interesting designs from the earliest days of CCBS. With this revamp I wanted to honor the most unique and iconic features from the original, while doing my best to balance a cleaner, sleeker design with the Fire Villain's signature style of spikes, flames and jet engines.

It was a lot of fun to tackle a weirder character and design, without the pressures of more humanoid proportions and techniques.

I hope you all enjoy!
