So I wanted to rebuild one of my older MOC's well, The body looks a bit better and I changed the body part where the legs attach.

I have a little backstory ready for him =3

He's finally done! So much happier with his build in every way now, the old version just looks sloppy to my eyes now.

Thanks so much for looking and have a great day!

Many school buses have the upper part of the roof painted white, to keep the interior cooler in the sun. Because my minifig scale school bus has a white roof, I decided to add it to my larger model as well.

This is an older moc that I'm just uploading here. I'm not totally happy with how it came out so maybe someday I'll revisit him.

I'm getting back into Bionicle since it's returning soon, so this is what I've been working on for the past week or two.

A few things to note about this:

- I realise the upper arms are rather basic, this was because I wanted a decent amount of possibility near the wings for the arms. I might have been able to get around this but I didn't really focus much on that part as they aren't very visible (especially from behind because of the wings).

- The cordak blaster being a bow serves little practical purpose, it's for style more than anything.

I probably need some practise if I'm going to get into Bionicle MOCing, so expect a lot more in the future. They should get better over time.

The neck is a little long…

hoo boy, it was quite boring before! man, it is depressing having a windowless kitchen, so i decided to punch it up a bit. some parts of this have been in the works for awhile, but it all finally came together a couple days ago. big thanks to brian, marty and mike for their handymanship!

BIGGAR!

Just a little tablescrap.

"I'm gonna hide this tape when I'm finished. If none of us make it, at least there'll be some kind of record. The storm's been hitting us hard now for 48 hours. We still have nothing to go on. [turns off tape recorder and takes a drink of whisky. He looks at the torn long johns and turns it back on] One other thing: I think it rips through your clothes when it takes you over. Windows found some shredded long johns, but the name tag was missing. They could be anybody's."

A half-assed mood piece of the updated outpost.

Made for Hero February over on Instagram.

Just a fun little build primarily for my own enjoyment, made with the goal of using only pieces I currently have in my collection and of course, finishing before the end of the month.

Nitroblast and the Fire Villains are definitely a soft spot for me in the HF Roster, with some very charming sets and interesting designs from the earliest days of CCBS. With this revamp I wanted to honor the most unique and iconic features from the original, while doing my best to balance a cleaner, sleeker design with the Fire Villain's signature style of spikes, flames and jet engines.

It was a lot of fun to tackle a weirder character and design, without the pressures of more humanoid proportions and techniques.

I hope you all enjoy!

I

Xplode was my first HF villain set, and I’ve been wanting to do a revamp of him for quite a while. So once I finished Thonk, I decided to try tackling something a bit smaller, more simple. A nice change of pace.

So of course I almost doubled the amount of spikes and gave him a giant spiky buster sword.

I had considered using a more tame and faithful alternative for his mace-ax-club-sword-thingamajig but I felt like he called for something heavier. Plus I had ordered three extra blade pieces that I didn’t want laying around.

Another change was the beefiness of it all. I kinda liked the idea that Xplode had upgraded himself to take a few more hits. Since the Heroes had gotten more and more powerful, it only made sense that Xplode - one of the best at the whole “Criminal for hire” gig, would have made himself more endurant and powerful to stay competitive.

I did leave his meteor blaster alone, because I feel like that’s the sort of weapon he’d like to be quick and maneuverable. Something you can be quick on the draw with, rather than have a giant cannon to lug around.

Overall this MOC certainly isn’t my best, but it was never meant to be. It’s just a fun little dive back into my childhood, and into some simpler techniques and styles. It was nostalgic, while also refreshing. I’ll definitely be doing more MOC’s like this in the future.

Thank you for checking out my stuff! And have a great day!

Julius "The Tech-Head" Nex is a newer hero, they're a master with anything tech related. Nex is fast, strong and smart. The real deal.

This is how the station is looking now. I remodelled it after the station at Wondelgem here in Belgium. It's about 80% done now. The dark blue bits on the roof are just to fill in as I ran out of black roof tiles. Unfortunately bricklink orders are on hold till I pay off my wife's credit card bill:( Anyway the engine shed was also redone, slimmed down and lengthened to 66 studs in length, so it can comfortably accommodate my locos.

The legendary Seventh Toa has arrived, in glorious revamped form. Hope you like him as much as I enjoyed building him!

I'm really happy with how he came out, especially the painted chestpiece. I used Citadel Paints, with one layer of Liberator Gold over a base of Abaddon Black. I tried two coats of gold, but then it looked too yellow compared to the original gold parts. Would definitely recommend these paints for anyone interested in modifying their Bonk parts (even if it *is* illegal).

Now I've just got to think of the next project...

Revamp LEGO Power Miners "8962 Crystal King"

5 down, 1 to go...

Flameboi's had the revamp treatment. He's got a different colour torso to the others I've done so far because I accidentally ordered the wrong type of torso from Bricklink, so I made do with this one instead. Still, I'm pleased with how he's turned out.

Now I've got to work out how to do Pohatu... Send help!

Remi is a MOC I first built back in 2018. He was gonna be a Revamp of ah even older MOC, but as I worked on it, the English man turned French(don't tell any of my mates), and Remi was born. I've always been very smitten with this figure. He's fun and easy to work with, even if his goggles are a bit fiddly when posing. He's also really expressive as a figure. In this 2.0 version I reworked his arms to make them more stable ans redid the shaping of the shoulder for that poofy design they had back then. Remi is based on 15th century French fashion. Even though my fictional world doesn't take place in ours, Remi would speak with a French accent.

Lore

"Remi Basile is an interesting fellow, he is skidish as they come, his own shadow frightens hit at times. He is a rather small man in a big world, a big world I dragged him out into. But it is not the size of one's heart that determines how much courage it holds. There is yet a lion to wake inside this little field mouse."

~Matteo

Remi is a Shield Mage, which is an offshoot of light magic. Using a Gem infused with light, mages can utilize it to create a force that can interact with objects. In Remi's case, he uses it defensively. Remi is also Matteo's closest friend, and one of the few people that know Matteo's secret. When Remi isn't engaging in plague doctor duties, he and his partner Baird both run a Cafe, the most popular one in town. Even Matteo swears by it. They tell everyone they're just business partners, but Matteo knows their secret to. They're really lovers! While Remi is half decent at conjuring his shield magic, he is still a novice in search of a master Light Mage. Fortunately, Matteo knows just the man!

This MOC.....it's been done and photographed since months ago. The day that I got my braces to be exact (one week before school started). I kept saying that I would post it once I edited the background, but that clearly didn't happen.

As you can see, this revamp can be made into it's Nuva form by simply adding some armor. This is probably the fastest Bionicle MOC that I have build, only taking a couple hours in one day. I'm really happy how it turned out, there are some things that I would like to improve, but I don't feel that they're that important to fix anytime soon

Here's what you were waiting for Kamil Z, who I kept promising that I would post this picture soon.

A LOT more from the last few months will be coming up on here in the next weeks or so as soon as I have the time to upload it and my MASSIVE website revamp will be up shortly too :)

The new main entrance and escalators up to the platforms. (maybe not so new now .. been open a while I suppose ..)

Last but certainly not least, I finally got round to revamping the stoniest of Toa, Pohatu. I did want to try and do him in the style of the original sets, i.e. built "upside down" with the leg function, but I couldn't figure out a way to do it that looked good and still fitted in with my other revamps. So I've opted to do him a bit more like his Mask Of Light version, though positioning his gearbox slightly higher up gives him a bit of a beefier look to show he's still strong.

So, that rounds out the Toa Nuva team, but keep your eye out for something special soon...
