If you ever have the chance to go to the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina and tour their greenhouse and gardens, do so. I'm afraid I was one of those obnoxious people with a tripod...but it was a fun day and I saw some unusual flowers. This one was not this color, of course...but I enjoyed dressing up this beauty--now long gone--for this challenge in Vivid Imagination.

Playing around with my Kaya head! I am really loving my new look

Now with more layering, grass, and color.

I'll be adding onto it as soon as I get more dark tan.

This time it is the female Green Honeycreeper and she is genuinely green!

I enjoy Gillian Galicia’s pictures. In the one named « Peaceful Sunshine”, she says her shooting ‘ does not complete justice’ to her outfit…As I do love the hairstyle, dress and shoes, I put them on in different colors, and stroke a pose at The Getaway, just like her. I hope I pay justice to the dress…still Gillian’s pic is better than mine, Grrrr

Look into her blog for complete details, I ‘m lazy 😀

This is a male Green Honeycreeper, although there is more than a touch of blue.

Meeting your inner self can sometimes be... unexpected

Hi everyone!

This is my take on the fearsome scorpion-like Rahi, the Nui-Jaga. This version features a snapping pincers function and stinging tail. Hope you enjoy!

I have been revamping my blog and will be posting there hopefully on a daily basis, so come on over and check it out!

It's a version of Bulk that is often forgotten but very special, so now was the perfect time to give him some attention, and some height!

This was an absolute blast to make, this initially started with making the weapons. I tried to be faithful to the original set and recreate the weapons as identical as possible. I'm very proud of the end result!

Inspirations for this build was the original set and Megaman.

Made for Hero February over on Instagram.

Just a fun little build primarily for my own enjoyment, made with the goal of using only pieces I currently have in my collection and of course, finishing before the end of the month.

Nitroblast and the Fire Villains are definitely a soft spot for me in the HF Roster, with some very charming sets and interesting designs from the earliest days of CCBS. With this revamp I wanted to honor the most unique and iconic features from the original, while doing my best to balance a cleaner, sleeker design with the Fire Villain's signature style of spikes, flames and jet engines.

It was a lot of fun to tackle a weirder character and design, without the pressures of more humanoid proportions and techniques.

I hope you all enjoy!

A scene I took back in 2011, and I re-processed it today (19th March 2021) ...

Luminar AI / Photoshop CC 2021

Made for the first day of VignWeek 2022. The category was to revamp a set released before the year 2000. I chose set 6402 Sidewalk Cafe from the Paradisa theme.

Well, I must confess: all this "West Dune Customs" stuff I came up with, should have been just something to introduce my new MOC. Obviously it got completely out of control, gaining its own dignity, so I hope you won't be disappointed with the real MOC.

Here it is, a X-34 Tatooine landspeeder revamped in a Classic Space way, another Classic Space - Star Wars mashup from me, after Rey's speeder. What's wrong with me and speeders?

I got the same idea my friend billyburg got, but he's clearly a faster builder than me, so he uploaded his version (billyburg's classic space landspeeder) to Flickr more than a month ago. I love his version so much that I almost gave up building mine; I didn't want to give the impression of copying other people's work. Luckily, this thought lasted just less than a day...

No piece has been cut or glued. For the "snot reversal tecniques" I used on the rear of the speeder and on the side of the seats I have to thank kosbrick and his tutorials.

For the turbines design credits to Larry Lars. As I already wrote, I tried at least three different versions of the turbines, but I ended up using his, the one, eventually, I was happiest with.

I think it's a very hot landspeeder, but I am, obviously, not impartial. Maybe a little too long, but at the West Dune Custom they had to lenghten the chassis to install such a badass engine. ;-)

And the license plate? Well, 1970 is the year I was born, so LL970 was a straight choice... :D

Revamp of the man, the myth, the LEGEND, 6934 Good Guy.

This moc is part of a fun challenge called 'Shopping Spree' from the Spare Parts community.

We were challenged to build a moc using only the pieces you can find in a certain list of sets, but with a prize limit.

I recommend checking out the Discord to see the rules, the sets list and everyone's mocs!

I used parts from the following sets: Good Guy (of course), Onua Nuva, Vorzakh, Jaller Mahri, Chirox, Sidorak and Rotor (2x).

Coming in at a total $94 out of $100

This was the first thing I built after getting my parts out of storage, starting just by following TLROsborne's instructions then tweaking it.. a lot.

Uses only molds that would have been available in 2006 with the exception of the energy effect part

Law enforcer of Ga-Metru

Revamp of Bordakh with a more custom and detailed look, but true to the original set.

Just did some more adjustments to boost up the colors a notch.
