We've finished our work replacing the slate roof of 135-year-old DuBourg Hall at Saint Louis University in partnership with Old World Roofing. This unique project took the better part of a year as we worked in tandem with other trades. The hall opened in 1888 and is home to several of the school's administrative and academic departments. It's a unique building with two-foot-thick, load-bearing walls, cast-iron staircases and massive wood trusses. We're thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this historic work. Thanks to our skilled team and to Old World.

Gardeners replaced some of the cedar boards on the raised beds after 6 years in the gardens. They use an L bracket for the corners.
We applied for and obtained the building permit. We handled all inspections. We removed the existing concrete driveway. We removed all debris from premises. We graded and compacted all soil. We poured the new concrete driveway and walkways with 4000 PSI concrete with fiber mesh reinforcement. We hand troweled the concrete with a double broom finish. We cut all expansion joints accordingly.
