Custom repaint geisha style Nefera, I plan on selling this doll at wai-con Perth. I will be making a nice kimono for her I think much bigger then the last lot I have done. And I wish to never do a bun like hers again, that took way longer then expected.
I am basically done. Might add a few more layers of gloss to the eyes.
Better pictures tomorrow when the sun comes back out.

Noel Cruz is one of the most versatile & distinguished repaint artists in the doll community. He is most recognized for his character & celebrity based dolls due to their uncanny resemblance to the people they portray. His dolls are derived from several models like Gene, Tyler, Sydney, etc, by various doll-makers such as Robert Tonner & Franklin Mint. His repaints as well as his portraits are done with intricate detail to the point of being naturally lifelike in essence. Highly regarded among collectors and artists alike, Noel attempts to raise the bar and bring a fresh take to the common mass produced doll with every face he paints. Noel's specialty is with one of a kind repaints. The beauty of repaints is that almost no two are exactly alike just as no two artists are alike.

My freshdolls Gabrielle with a hair restyle and a repaint inspired by Kawaii style art and pastels. I had no real plan going into this repaint but I knew I wanted to avoid black paint and keep the face looking super soft and cute looking.
I kept the colour palette to only four colours but I’m not sure if I did okay cuz my usual style is usually a lot more defined colours and contrasts to the face heh.
part way through her prep for repaint I used to help with that but wouldn't apply the paint in case I messed up, seen at the Tram museum Matlock it look's like there's a bump in the front panel but I think it's a shadow
She looks very late 80's early 90's lol I repainted her face once more but didn't take any pictures during this 2nd repaint of doll #1.
Layne repaint by Jenise Mah, Brenda repaint by Park, Kit repaint by Tracy Weston. Furniture by John Morgan. Riley twins by Kish.
All these are of the same step, I just couldn't decide which ones were the most relevant. No, I don't think a single one is sharp, sorry.)
Repaint practice on a My Scene head (less ugly and more fun to work with than the Bratz head I used before). Still awful but making progress. Practicing blushing with acrylic paint on an almost dry brush (can't use pastels due to no spray sealer). I keep overdoing it...
It's a little messy but an attempt at repainting a Hasbro Sindy. I think she looks prettier now lol. Even with her messy wobbly paint.

My first Icy Doll repaint! Before (top) & after (bottom) Subtle makeup. Nose and lips carved. New eyelashes and now she has eyebrows! I plan on doing something on her lids but not sure what. Also has added string for sleep eyes!
Our little Belle get a new repaint ♥ This is the first time I really like the result (except Ellie, but she is always cute I think xD)♥ And it's the first time I tried to paint eyelashes and eyebrows with a brush! It's so much smoother and nicer, I think ♥ I still need to practice, but it's okay at the first try ♥
So the next one will be Arielle...
