I've had this MOC hidden on my hard drive for quite a while now and re-discovered it while trying to sort through the clutter. There's no fancy techniques in it and the render was more of a test for my laptop but I wouldn't mind having one or two of these built to park around my city. It's pretty basic features wise and seats a single minifig with his arms raised slightly with maybe enough room for a briefcase behind him.
