It was dark, Worcester had just had some very serious rain and flooding. I couldn't get rid of the background in this shot so i decided to try and make a feature of it. Still trying to get the hang of my new camera

Mucking about this lunchtime!

some more playing in the mud puddle. I really liked how I am reflected in the puddle, I did not notice this until I uploaded these onto the computer. That is the only problem I get while playing by myself, I need to get some friends to play with.

Puddle reflections, on a double-yellow line (where no parking at any time restrictions apply) at Old Leigh, Essex

It's a lot of fun to walk around and look at everyone's dolls. I enjoy seeing how people customize them. But it's also neat to see some of the rarer dolls or brand new ones in person.

A puddle turned into ice.

The road leading up to (the now torn down building) the plot is churned up by the digger and left with great frozen puddles.

Have you ever had a Fizzy Bubblech? No? Me neither, because it's from the movie 'You Don't Mess With The Zohan" and not real, but it still has its own Facebook Fan page, lol. I'd like to have a tasty bottle of Fizzy Bubblech one of these days, preferably a hot Summer day...which means never, as this Summer is the coldest and wettest and crappiest in decades, so even if that funky drink existed, my chances of making this scenario come true are practically zero, 'thanks Summer', lol :D

I've made a wicked reflection movie of this puddle too, check it out on my YouTube channel, thank you :)

Amsterdam is a lovely city that has a lot to offer for visitors and locals alike, you can find all kinds of fun and entertainment here, and on top of that, we have the best puddles too! On days like today, where it rains and then the sun peeks through the clouds, I'm close to loosing my mind, there are so many wicked things to shoot that I just don't know where to start...I guess it's a good thing that Sony is simply not able to fix my Camera, even after 4 months of trying, lol :D

In less than a month, my next photo exhibition at the ABC Treehouse, together with the lovely Miss Monyart, will start and I'm still not sure which photos to display there. I'm planning on creating a whole new set of exclusive shots for the expo, but being in the office all the time leaves me only the tiniest windows of opportunity to take any pictures at all, let alone the kind of pictures I want to show there. Luckily I still have a massive archive full of wicked shots, just in case I won't manage to take some new ones that are worth being framed and hung on the wall :)

Have a good start into the new week, take it easy :)

Melting snow drips into a puddle, sending ripples that distort the many pebbles and rocks underneath. It's a very busy image but I like it a lot, especially the metallic look to the rocks.

I like how the grass melts in the water

My personal favourite from last night. It was taken with flourescent WB and Canon's twilight picture style. It then had a very small levels adjust in Paintshop Pro.

Winifred's new outfit!

The other day, I was walking down the sidewalk along this street, enjoying the bright sun and warmer temperatures, when all of a sudden a school bus zoomed past me, splashed through a deep puddle, and soaked me with icy cold, muddy water. I had completely forgotten that when the snow starts to melt, Canadian drivers take up one of their favorite late winter sports, puddle jumping and pedestrian splashing.

So the next day I went back with my camera, determined to get at least a few photos to go along with my story. Don't you know, suddenly the drivers, seeing me standing there with a camera, figured out how to go around the puddles? Eventually, though, I did manage to get a few splashy shots.

Shopping the PUDDLE vendors: YoSD sized casual dress from Keely's Cute Kimono, Knitted tops and dresses from Pale Angel Accessories, a couple of dresses from Darling Clover, a short hooded jacket from Kaleidoscope Coats, a bjd sized wig, eyelashes, and some hairclips from Sakura's Blossom, and an Azone shirt from Denise's Dolls Azone Store.

If you can't get to the beach.. the puddle at the end of the street is the next best thing..

Finn does own other clothes btw :)
