Whilst walking out near Pendle Hill my husband stopped to admire the view and I stopped to admire his reflection!

My walk today ended with me caught in a real downpour.

I'm sewing on all the finishing touches to my Puddle collection this week. Hopefully I can finish soon! Lots of work to do still!

The Big Dam Bridge, reflected in a big dam puddle, on a rainy and foggy night last week. I was trying out a new tripod I got for Christmas, and was awkwardly trying to work it to get it set up by the puddle without knocking it and the tripod into the river.

The Big Dam Bridge is a nearly-mile long pedestrian bridge, built atop a dam on the Arkansas River.

Daily Dog Challenge: Dear Diary: Etta: "We've had a lot of rain lately! So we have to pick our times for a walk & wear raincoats even though it's a bit hot for that ... can feel like a sauna under the raincoat. Mum appreciated the reflections in the puddles."

After all the recent rain and storms these local fields are the worst i have ever seen then , gates and fences literally washed away , paths covered in debris but glad to see the puddles are plenty full. :-).

Poland 2016

On January 28, 2024, about 3 inches of wet snow fell in Troy, New York, USA, blanketing the trees. When I went to get my mail at about 4:30 PM the next night, I found a lovely reflection in a puddle. Beauty everywhere! This photo was requested for a print by a friend.
