Found this Lake Tahoe shaped puddle over looking Lake Tahoe after a rain storm. I will be back during a more epic sunset.
This is an HDR/Focus stacked image. The first (foreground) image was captured at .4 second exposure, at f11, ISO 100, 10-24mm lens @10mm, I focused at the edge/middle of the puddle.
The second image (the sky/puddle) was captured at 1/13th second same f-stop and and ISO. I did reset the focus to the far mountains, of course for both images I used my tripod and cable release. I then merged the 2 images into what you see here in Photoshop.
Puddles the Penguin hot air balloon taking part during the final flight of the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta 2015. The event is the largest balloon fiesta in the world.
The ground is getting wetter on Dartmoor as we pass deeper into autumn. This extensive puddle, amidst marshy ground, lies near the head of the Taw River south of Belstone. The pointed hilltop of Steeperton Tor is prominent on the horizon with the rocky outline of Oke Tor showing on the ridge to the right.
