A joint Include Youth and Business in the Community NI conference sharing the highlights from Aiming Higher, a successful employer engagement project helping young people in care move into education, training and employment.
At this conference we launched the findings from a unique piece of research which explores the feasibility of and the business/social case for providing employment opportunities to 100% of young people in care in Northern Ireland.
The conference was held at RADAR on Thursday, 3 December 2015.

I went to the Auto Gallery to complete my Car Project. As much as you hate collages, Landy, I thought that making a collage of the Ferrari model would show to you how luxurious and unique the car is. I shot this with a 17-55mm 2.8 lens and my new D7000. My ISO was at about 1400 and I shot without flash. Thankfully, with my 30 day trial of Photoshop, I was able to put HDR toning on the images to make them more detailed and dramatic. I loved being in this car because I felt like royalty. I like this project because it was fun to explore cars in a new way!

And continuing my series of "macro shots of stuff that I can see while I'm sitting on the sofa", here's my wedding ring, made of titanium, white gold, and many scratches.
I've been thinking of buying a +10 close-up filter, so we'll see where that takes me.
