Yet another abandoned dwelling in the Scottish Highlands. This one is more modern than its dry stone constructed cousins but it still carries that ability to stir the imagination into those who lived or worked here and what happened to them in order to vacate their homes.
Another one! These are quite fun and I'm learning a lot in terms of processing. I always enjoy that!

Germany - Lubeck: St. Petrikirche
(Local Name: Petrikirche) Southwest of the Markt in Lübeck, in Schmiedestrasse, stands the Gothic Petrikirche (13th-14th C., restored). There are fine views from the tower.
The church itself will surprise you with its whitewashed pillars, high windows, terracotta tiles, some gravestones of granite and a modern crucifix (which may be seen partly covered by the banner) in black and white by Arnulf Rainer - but otherwise nothing. St. Petri was also destroyed in the war, only its bare outer walls remaining up to 1960. An association then initiated the reconstruction of he church, which was finally reconsecrated in 1987. As St. Petri has no parish of its own to serve, it is used mainly for art exhibitions, panel discussions and concerts. Guidebook.

The Eden Project in Cornwall, England....Not a secret bunker where aliens are or out of this world experiments take place..... LOL
Here is the website of the The Eden Project. The place is well worth a visit. The Biodome you see here houses all sorts of tropical plants and the temperature in there is very hot. My lense steamed up as soon as I got in there. The other biodome (which is not pictured here but looks exactly the same), has a more mediterranean feeling to it.

Lewis and I did a little photoshop project. We each took the same 3 images and then did our own photoshopping to them....and here's how mine came out. :)

Washing Line, Portugal 2019
Shall be posting an Image a day for the next year, 365 (or 366 if it is a Leap year...not checked!!).
The Format will be different...some images have been shown before, some are new...... At the moment I am now starting a "New" Project.....Well it is "New" for me, although it has been done before by many, many People too!!!.
I will follow the direction I have chosen but there is plenty of room for me to chop and change at a later date...I guess it depends how I feel about it at a later date.
This Project will now give me the time to work with other ideas I am playing with. There will still be months in which I post other pics too from themes I have worked with in the past......I have just made a little more time and space available to me.
So hope you like the changes.......
