The Projects, New Haven, Connecticut, circa 1971, shot with my Polaroid Land Camera J66. This was in the Brookside/Rockview area of New Haven that borders the Hamden town line. I was standing on Wooden Street in Hamden when I took this old photo.

The East Side Gallery ( East-Side-Gallery) memorial in Berlin-Friedrichshain is a permanent open-air gallery on the longest surviving section of the Berlin Wall in Mühlenstraße between the Berlin Ostbahnhof and the Oberbaumbrücke along the Spree. It consists of a series of murals painted directly on a 1,316 m (4,318 ft) long remnant of the Berlin Wall, located near the centre of Berlin, on Mühlenstraße in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg.
In the spring of 1990, after the opening of the Berlin Wall, this section was painted by 118 artists from 21 countries. The artists commented on the political changes of 1989/90 in a good hundred paintings on the side of the Wall that was formerly facing East Berlin. Due to urban development measures, it is no longer completely preserved, and instead of the originals from then, only the replicas from 2009 exist today.
The actual border at this point was the Kreuzberg bank of the Spree. The gallery is located on the so-called hinterland wall, which closed off the border area to East Berlin. Mühlenstrasse, one of the main arterial roads to the south, ran along these border installations. Due to the spatial conditions, the previously usual concrete pipes were already installed here, so that the interior wall in this area was atypically optically, but somewhat elevated, resembling the outer wall.
The gallery has official status as a Denkmal, or heritage-protected landmark. According to the Künstlerinitiative East Side Gallery e.V., an association of the artists involved in the project, "The East Side Gallery is understood as a monument to the fall of the Berlin Wall and the peaceful negotiation of borders and conventions between societies and people", and has more than three million visitors per year.
Will try to take multiple shots of this view at different times and with different gear to try to improve it but this is the starting point.
Went out for a bit today...I did have plans to go to other locations around central but there were issues with the trains ☹ Never the less, decided to visit St. Paul's! Got quite a few shots which I'll share over the next few days!
Photographed the reflection of the McIntyre Gold Mine No. 11 Shaft Headframe on Pearl Lake located in the Town of Schumacher in the Township of Tisdale located in the City of Timmins in Northeastern Ontario Canada
Standing at 53.34 metres (175 feet) in height, the No. 11 shaft headframe is the sole remaining building of the McIntyre mine, which finally ceased operations in the 1990s after 90 years of continuous extraction. A headframe serves as the top of an elevator shaft, supporting the machinery that allows miners to travel deep into the mine and carry ore and waste rock to the surface. Sitting below No. 11 is a mineshaft 2.5 km deep that gives access to the ore below.
The No. 11 McIntyre Headframe consists of a sturdy steel frame, sheathed in B.C. fir tongue-in-groove planks, and clad with galvanized corrugated iron. Inside, the headframe once housed two ore skips and three-man cages. In its heyday, it handled about 80 per cent of the material extracted from this landmark mine.
Though no longer in operation, the No. 11 headframe continues to be a much-loved city icon, with images occasionally projected onto its large flat surface to mark special occasions.

This will take a year to complete. It will be a "Colour Project"....numbered 731 to 1100 and it will begin on September 1st 2022..
I will also include an additional 4 Sets that will last a month each.
First will be Vines and Vineyards in November.2022.
Second is Forests ,,Water, ,Trees and Leaves in February 2023.
Third "Light Eating Objects" in May 2023.
Forth will be another B&W . August 2023.
On top of all that every month will feature a small set of 4 pics with different themes.
As you can see I shall be a busy Bunny!.

I've 2 ideas for photography projects for 2013. Both are around eyes. This is the beginning of one of the projects even though it was taken on the last day of 2012. I want to take abstract pictures of animals using the eye as the focus points. The other project is about reflections in eyes...
Any views welcome!
